a high fruit diet. Well, she is going to beone of those rare few people that may have got rid of her Candida by eating fruit. Infact, she may not have even had Candida at all. It may have been something entirely different.But I can tell you now for the vast majority of people I see, bananas are not a good foodat all with digestive problems. When they're ripe, they contain a lot of sugar. When they'regreen, they contain a lot of starch, so the sugar content of a banana varies considerablyaccording to how ripe it is. The thing I have with bananas is they seemto be on a very high allergy potential list as well, so pineapples and bananas are fruitswhich can show quite a lot of allergenic potential

In fact, I'm absolutelystunned the longer I see patients, the more I realize that so many people can, in facteat fruit, can eat gluten, and can eat lots of bread.
