How Can I Cure My Yeast Infection Naturally
Good day there, Eric Bakker. Here's a questionfrom Jenny. Jenny lives in Alabama. I think that's in America, Alabama. Eric, how can I cure my yeast infection naturally? This is a question I get asked quite regularlyfrom people. Many people are concerned about pharmaceutical drugs. They're not interestedin looking at pharmaceutical intervention or medical treatment for their yeast infectionbecause they've been there, done that, it doesn't work; vaginal infections, toenailinfections, jock itch, there are many different types of yeast infections that simply don'trespond permanently to pharmaceutical intervention.
Natural treatment is different. We're notjust treating the symptoms here. We're going to look at the causes. We're going to getyou to be accountable to make some changes and your body is going to respond by gettingrid of this yeast infection permanently and naturally. So one way to cure your yeast infection naturallyis to look at holistic, is to avoid pharmaceutical drugs entirely, keep away from antibiotics,the pill, hormone replacement therapy, antiinflammatory drugs, steroidal drugs, any type of drugs.You just need to watch out for these pharmaceutical medications. They create side effects andthey're going to give you problems long term,
and then you end up with two types of problems:your yeast infection and symptoms of a disease which you to eventually get on top of as well. Naturally curing Candida involves diet andlifestyle and using natural medicines. And there are many tutorials you'll find on my channelwhich are going to go indepth about the natural ways to cure a yeast infection. There aremany very good natural medicines that will do exactly this that will cure the infectionpermanently without side effects and it's exactly what you want if you're looking fora natural cure. So I hope that answers your question. Anymore questions? You're bound to find them

The 10 Signs Of Candida And How To Treat Them
Greetings. It's New Zealand naturopath, EricBakker. I'm author of Candida Crusher and formulator of the Canxida range of supplements.Thanks for checking out my tutorial. I've got a fan called prochessplayer. His name is Joshand Josh has asked me a few times now to do a tutorial called the 10 Signs of Candida andhow to treat them, so I'm going to have a go at this, Josh. Thanks for your ongoingsupport and I trust you'll get some good information out of this. I think Josh might live in Canada.I just got that feeling that he's a Canadian person judging from some of the comments Ireceived on YouTube. What I've done, Josh, is I've broken thisdown into different categories. I've got a
few gastrointestinal symptoms. I've got afew genital urinary symptoms, a few ear, nose and throat, a few skin ones and a few centralnervous systems. Because there are so many different signs and symptoms of Candida, I'mnot going to go into all of the different signs and symptoms of Candida. I'm just goingto really pick on 10 of the most common presentations that I would see in the , then I'm goingto explain a little bit about some of the best ways to treat these particular kindsof symptoms. Bear in mind that when you've got a yeastinfection, it's good, obviously, if it's a bad symptom to get symptom relief, but you'rebetter off really treating the condition as
a whole in terms of lifestyle and diet asI've explained in Candida Crusher. The quiz that we have created at yeastinfection also will give you a very good idea on how severe the yeast infection really is and itwill also show the different kinds of signs and symptoms as you grow through the screens.A lot of those signs and symptoms on that quiz I'm going to talk about here right nowon this tutorial. The first three signs and symptoms reallyrelate to gastrointestinal, so GI or gut issues tend to be some of the most common thingsthat people talk to me about when it comes to a yeast infection. Yeast tend to ferment.They love sugar. They cause fermentation and
that naturally causes bloating and gas, whichis probably one of the most common symptoms I hear people talking about is abdominal issues.It could be pain. It could be gas. It could be bloating. It could be farting. It couldbe lots of burping. We get that occasionally with people if they tend to get a lot of yeastin the upper part of the gut. Yeast can also thrive in the stomach, the small intestine,the large intestine, in the junction between the small and large intestine. Yeast havebeen known to flourish throughout the digestive system, so it's quite a fallacy to believethat they just live in the colon or the large intestine. They can live anywhere in the gut.They'll thrive anywhere. Especially if they
find a good sugar source or a nutrient sourceand a lack of opposing beneficial bacteria. Lots of gas and bloating is number one. Agood way obviously to treat that is to cut back immediately on the kind of foods thatcan promote gas and bloating, so sugars in your diet, fruits in your diet, take awayfood in your diet. In the Candida Crusher book, I talk about the sevenday inductiondiet before you actually start going into and get serious with the threestage CandidaCrusher diet will try to do what I call quot;warm turkey.quot; That's very appropriate coming outof Christmas to talk about the warm turkeys. Cold turkey is not that pleasant. Cold turkeymeans you stop things right away. Warm turkey
means that you have a sevenday period ofgrace before you cut the crap out of your diet, so just gently over a sevenday periodtake foods out. Swap over to a fresh, clean kind of a diet. That's what I call the quot;warmturkeyquot; approach and that immediately is going to help cut back on gas and bloating.What about if you have gas and bloating now and you've got a perfect diet? Well, you mightwant to take some digestive enzymes and some probiotics. I've created a product calledCanxida Restore, which is perfect for gas and bloating. So the Canxida Restore productyou can get at Canxida . You would take two or three of these per day and that's goingto help significantly with the gas and bloating
Is It Candida DieOff Or Is It An Aggravation
Greetings. New Zealand naturopath, Eric Bakker,author of Candida Crusher, formulator of the Canxida range of supplements. Thanks for checkingout my tutorial. Today, we're going to talk about die off.Are you experiencing die off or what we call Herxheimer Reaction or are you experiencingaggravation? Let's just explain a little bit. I'm going to read some out of my book andthen I'm going to give you a little bit of an explanation alongside. Many people getconfused. When they feel worse as they start a Candida treatment or they push harder, theyimmediately say, quot;I'm getting die off. I'm getting die off. That's what I read online.That's what it is. Can't be anything else.quot;
Let me explain.There are many types of aggravations a person may experience who comes to seek help of ahealth care professional. Some people come in with one or several pharmaceutical druginduced side effects. Particularly after an antibiotic. Others experience reactions whenthey stop taking drugs or changing brands of drugs or supplements. Some people experiencestrong reactions when they take a supplement or cut the dosage back or switch to anothersupplement or combine two dietary supplements together.Many people can potentially develop an aggravation at the beginning of natural medicine treatmentand this can be quite discouraging for some
people. Those who are used to conventionalwestern medical treatment find the concept of feeling worse before you feel better, abit disturbing, and some find it even completely wacky and having the quot;luluquot; factor like beingreally stupid. Particularly those who strongly adhere to the tenets of modern medicine.Modern medicine believes that a diagnosis must first be made before treatment and thenthe treatment is usually in the form of a drug that supposedly cures the complaint byeradicating the symptoms. What a load of crap! You can't cure a fricking complaint by gettingrid of a symptom any more than you can cure serious bankruptcy by giving a credit cardto someone. You'd have to be nuts in the head
to think about that. Getting rid of a symptomdoes not equate to curing a disease. Have a look at the World Health Organization'sdefinition of what real health means. It doesn't mean an absence of symptoms. It means feelingtotally flaming awesome, spiritually, psychologically, emotionally, structurally, on many differentlevels having amazing health. That to me is really good health. Not just quot;Oh, my headache'sgone. I must be in really good health.quot; That's not good health at all. Western medicine'sidea of what good health means is a little bit different from what people like me believethe concept of good health really means. Aggravations can come about for many differentreasons and here are six examples of common
reactions I see with patients.Number one drug side effects that we call iatrogenic disease.Number two coming off any medications or detoxing from pharmaceutical drugs. Italso means coming off any dietary supplements or increasing dosages or swapping brands asI mentioned. Number three a change in diet after commencingtreatment. Very common. If you make dietary changes, it's not die off at all. Many peoplehave this. They contact me. quot;I'm getting terrible die off. What's wrong with me? Oh, by theway, I've stopped drinking all alcohol. I don't drink caffeine anymore. I've got antigluten,anti this, anti this, anti that and I feel
like crap. What's wrong with me? Must be dieoff.quot; No. It's not die off. It's because you made way too many changes way too quick. It'snot a good thing to do. If you first start an exercise program and you go to a gym, wouldyou spend four hours in the gym doing 300 different exercises and then two days later,quot;Oh, my god. I'm so sore. Why am I so sore? It shouldn't be like this. I only spent fourhours in the gym the other day. I should have no pain in my body.quot;Well, if you think about it, it's pretty logical isn't it? If you're going to make any kindof change, particularly when you get to your 40s or 50s or 60s, you need to do it a littlebit more slowly than if you're a teenager.
