How Can I Cure My Yeast Infection Naturally
Good day there, Eric Bakker. Here's a questionfrom Jenny. Jenny lives in Alabama. I think that's in America, Alabama. Eric, how can I cure my yeast infection naturally? This is a question I get asked quite regularlyfrom people. Many people are concerned about pharmaceutical drugs. They're not interestedin looking at pharmaceutical intervention or medical treatment for their yeast infectionbecause they've been there, done that, it doesn't work; vaginal infections, toenailinfections, jock itch, there are many different types of yeast infections that simply don'trespond permanently to pharmaceutical intervention.
Natural treatment is different. We're notjust treating the symptoms here. We're going to look at the causes. We're going to getyou to be accountable to make some changes and your body is going to respond by gettingrid of this yeast infection permanently and naturally. So one way to cure your yeast infection naturallyis to look at holistic, is to avoid pharmaceutical drugs entirely, keep away from antibiotics, the pill, hormone replacement therapy, antiinflammatory drugs, steroidal drugs, any type of drugs. You just need to watch out for these pharmaceutical medications. They create side effects andthey're going to give you problems long term,
and then you end up with two types of problems:your yeast infection and symptoms of a disease which you to eventually get on top of as well. Naturally curing Candida involves diet andlifestyle and using natural medicines. And there are many tutorials you'll find on my channelwhich are going to go indepth about the natural ways to cure a yeast infection. There aremany very good natural medicines that will do exactly this that will cure the infectionpermanently without side effects and it's exactly what you want if you're looking fora natural cure. So I hope that answers your question. Anymore questions? You're bound to find them

Is Beetroot Good On Candida Diet
Greetings. It's Eric Bakker, naturopath fromNew Zealand, author of Candida Crusher and the formulator of the Canxida range of dietarysupplements. Thank you for checking out my tutorial today. Today, we're going to answerthe question, quot; Are beetroots or beets any good for people with a yeast infection?quot;Beets are a really good crop to eat for healthy people. However, when you've got a yeast infection, particularly when you're starting out on the Candida Crusher diet, you need to be carefulof beetroot because they do contain quite a bit of sugar. And that's one of the reasonswhy people like beets, corn, squash, sweet potato, and potato because these are starchycarbohydrate foods that contain significant
amounts of sugar. However, before you start saying, quot;Oh, I can't have beets.quot; Modifying the starch with heatcan sometimes denature or change the sugar making it less acceptable for Candida to eat.Roasting beets for some people is perfectly fine to eat them. Beetroot juice or raw beetsgrated can be a problem for other people. One of my favorite parasitic foods to eat, particularly about three, four or five days before a full moon, is to recommend gratedraw beetroot and carrot, and then sprinkle some crushed pumpkin seeds on top of that.Very good parasite kind of food. But for Candida patients, raw or grated beetroot and carrotcan flare their gut up and make the Candida
worse.Baking beetroot. I make a nice salad. It's basically beetroot salad, beetroot baked.I get some red bell peppers or capsicums, some red beets, cut them up and then roastthem in olive oil. Roast them for about 20 minutes and then take it out of the oven andthen sprinkle it with some roasted sesame seeds and sprinkle lime or lemon juice ontop of that, and then put some goat's feta through that when it's cool, some goat's fetacheese. It's a very tasty salad. That will probably be acceptable for you if you've gotCandida. But people with serious yeast infections need to avoid beets until their gut heals. It could take six weeks or eight weeks or
even two or three months before your digestivecan handle a raw beet or beet juice without feeling bad or aggravated on it.You need to experiment. Some patients I see with Candida have no problem with beetrootjuice when combined with celery and green apple. Other people have a small amount ofgrated raw beetroot and feel sick on it. So you need to experiment for yourself. Beetsare one of my favorite foods and I grow them all summer long. We love beetroots gratedmixed in with salad. We love them roasted. We love them boiled. They're a fantastic addition to the diet. They're high in nitrates. Nitrates have avery good effect on widening blood vessels
and reducing blood pressure. They've got betainein them, which is a very powerful type of a nutrient that your body uses in a methylationcycle, so by a chemical cycle. It reduces the homocysteine build up in the body. Beetshave multiple effects on controlling gut function, improving mood. And also, look at the color. They're bright red. And if you look at what we call the Doctrine of Signatures, in theold days, they used to look at the color of food and they apply that to a body part. Beetsare also a blood purifier. They have a very good effect on the circulation, in general. When you do eat beets, don't be alarmed if the urine comes out a bit red. It's not thatyou're bleeding from the bladder or something,
but the red can come out through the stoolor through the urine. Beets are also a good way to gauge your bowel transit time. Gratingsome beetroot, grating a little bit of carrot, eating that, and watching how long it takesto come out. That can give you some indication as well on how fast the bowel's working.I love beets. They're a healthy food. Just be careful raw and juiced initially on theCandida Crusher approach. As you venture through the program, you can easily adopt this wonderfulfood in your diet. One last thing I'll leave you with. You can eat the beetroot leaves. They're fantastic in a salad. I grow a lot of beetroots as I mentioned and I use beetrootleaves, Mizuna, rocket, alfalfa sprouts, and
