Any type of leaky gut issue. Leaky gut isintestinal permeability, where proteins like gluten can leak through your gut and causeinflammation of your body. So if you have food sensitivities or if you have digestiveissues like gas and bloating, also if you have any problem related to the thyroid, thosecan be warning signs you have Candida. Also if you get yeast in your body. If younotice, let's say, yeast or whiteness on your tongue or if you ever get chronic yeast infectionsor coming down with the cold and flu often, those can be warning signs that you have Candida.And, of course, also with Candida any sort of other digestive issues, like irritablebowel syndrome or chronic diarrhea or constipation

or even acid reflux, those are warning signsthat you might have Candida. So here are the six things you need to do to eliminateCandida fast. Number one, you need to stop consuming somuch sugar. Now, I know that's obvious. That's something that I think most of us realizeis that sugar feeds yeast in your body. But again, you have got to get rid of processedsugar, fruit juices, any sort of added sugar

to any sort of product sweetener. Even mostpackaged products and fast foods are also high in sugar. Even things like pasta saucesand crackers, you'd be surprised, but sugar is added to almost everything. So again, eliminate especially the processedsugar out of your diet. As a replacement, I recommend using a little bit of Stevia,which is a nocalorie natural sweetener and then about one to three teaspoons a day ofmanuka honey. Okay? Those are the sweeteners you should be using if you have Candida. Number two. You need to eliminate grains fromyour diet. Why? Because grains turn into sugar

and they also tend to be more inflammatory.And so again, getting those grains out of your diet, especially wheat products and glutencontaininggrains, that's step number two. Instead, do a lot more vegetables and maybe some starchycarbs. Number three thing you have to do to clearCandida from you system, is support your spleen. Now, this is cuttingedge information thata lot of people don't realize. And this is a practice in Ancient China that is oftenused by acupuncturists today. But they have found that the number one cause of Candidais a weakened spleen. And so if you have spleen issues, and spleen is responsible for digestionof the body, producing red blood cells in

your system. And so the spleen is a very importantorgan. In order to support the spleen, there area couple things you need to do. But really the spleen is supported by starchy foods,especially squash, things like sweet potatoes, butternut squash, and also even doing certaintypes of beans like lentils and mung beans. So again, getting some of those good starchycarbs. And that's really where your sweetness shouldcome from. A little bit of butternut squash, acorn squash, foods like that that has thatmild sweetness. Can I Drink Coffee On The Candida Diet

I'm going to talk about coffee today. A nicecup of coffee. I'm just reading a Candida website, quitea wellknown one, here on my other computer. Do not drink coffee. Caffeine can cause yourblood sugar to rise, weakens your adrenals, and can impair your immune system. Coffeecontains molds. Even decaf coffee should be avoided because they contain residual levelsof caffeine. Well, I'll drink to that. What a load of crap! There's nothing wrong withdrinking coffee if you use your head.

I have got no problem with most people drinkingone or two cups of coffee a day. But I'll tell you the best time to drink coffee andthat's in the morning. Why would that be? Why not drink it in the afternoon? Why notdrink it before bed? Why not drink pots of coffee all day? Well, coffee does containcaffeine. There is nothing wrong with giving yourself a boost in the morning when yourcortisol levels are naturally high. Early coffee consumption is actually beneficialfor the body. It's quite good to drink coffee. Not lots and lots of cups of coffee.People who tell you to strictly avoid this and strictly avoid that. To me, they're likereligious fanatics. Don't listen to this crap.

Coffee contains mold. For Christ sake, everythingcontains mold. Probably sniffing my mobile phone contains mold. Don't get fanatical aboutthings like this. Drinking coffee or tea using a sensible approach is perfectly fine becauseit makes you feel good and it gives you a lift. However, drinking coffee throughoutthe day because you've got weak adrenals is a sign often of adrenal fatigue.I've been looking at adrenal fatigue now probably for about 10 years; I've studied it quitewell. I find that even people with severe burnout and fatigue can recover perfectlyokay if they keep their coffee consumption right down to a minimum and enjoy that onenice cup of coffee in the morning. I personally

believe the best time to drink coffee is before11 o'clock in the morning. That's a really good time to drink it. One cup maybe two,but you don't really want to go much beyond that.Drink lemon grass tea or herb teas or green teas, things like that, if you're going todrink beverages continually. But this nonsense about quot;thou shalt not do this, thou shaltnot do that,quot; just be careful that you don't fall into this religious fanatical trap whereyou limit all caffeine in your life because you think it'll make you better. I don't thinkit makes much difference at all. In fact, the more you limit these things and the lessyou enjoy what you're eating and drinking,

the more prone you are to having outbreaksof wanting lots of chocolate and lots of sweet foods and lots of alcohol. This creates abinging situation for you. Allowing you small amounts of coffee continuallyover a long period of time is generally okay. Don't put sugar in your coffee. the first 14 days, I get people to clean uptheir act, for want of a better word. And that 14day period, I call it the quot;warm turkeyquot;period. Cold turkey means you take everything away from people, but warm turkey means youhave a softer approach. For 14 days, we're going to get you to be aware of everythingyou're eating and drinking. And in that 14day period, I want you to stop all alcohol. Iwant you to cut caffeine down to one or two cups per day max, and generally, a cup ofcoffee or tea in the morning is okay, providing you don't put sugar in it. Those sorts ofdrinks are usually okay. In that 14day period, you're going to havea good look at what kind of takeaway or junk

food you eat. What kind of processed foodsyou eat. You're going to look into your refrigerator and try to get rid of all those bottles andjars with different sauces. Often they contain sugars, molds, and all kinds of crap in them.Many people I know have got containers in their cupboard or refrigerator. There couldbe jars of jam in there or all sorts of sauces, shrimp sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce. Theyall need to go. Because on a Candida diet, they're not really good foods to have. That14day period is when you're going to make the switch from eating the notsogood foodsto eating a better kind of food, and I think it makes a lot of sense. In my experience,it's not good just to plunge people into an

average, standard diet and then into a Candidadiet. You need to have a transition period. That's the twoweek period. Once you've gone through that transition period,it's time to look at what I call the MEVY diet. The MEVY diet has been around for along time now, probably about 40 years.
