The Candida Diet

Hey guys, Axe here, of naturalmedicine and founder of DrAxe . In this tutorial I'm going to share with you The CandidaDiet and my top tips to cure candida fast. I can tell you from working with thousandsof patients. I'm going to go through the exact diet, the supplements, and a few treatmenttips that I can tell you, just within 24 hours you can start seeing incredible results ineliminating candida. So let's start with number one, the foodsyou've got to get out of your diet. It's going to be sugar, grains, and surprisingly foodsthat are cold. Now, that's part of Chinese medicine which I'll share more in a minute. But for starting out, if you have candida,

you obviously . . . I think you know this, but you want to get rid of sugar. You know, any time you have that white thrush on yourtongue, that's a sign that yeast is feeding on sugar within your body. We want to start eliminating yeast. We wantto stop feeding that candida albicans. And so, in order to do that, you've got to eliminateall sugar from your diet, and then also eliminate grains because grains are breaking down intosugar very quickly and even fruit at first. Now, listen, longterm, you're going to addsome grains back in after a few days and even fruit later on. But again, to start thoseare the biggest culprits that are causing

candida to grow. And last but not least, this is really important. If you're over consuming cold foods, ice water, ice cream, cold smoothies. According to Chinesemedicine, your spleen and pancreas and these areas in your body that are responsible foreliminating candida, they get over burdened by cold foods. And so rather than having acold smoothie, have a warm bowl of broth or rather than doing ice cream, have somethingwarm. Again, you want things that are warming to your body and drying. That's the key tokilling candida. Number two is doing a candida cleanse. Beforeyou go on my candida diet, what I recommend

the first thing you do is do a three day cleansewhere you're only consuming bone broth and vegetables, and that's really it for threedays. So again, bone broth, vegetables. You could do a little chicken in there as well. Basically you want to get a big crock pot.You want to do some chicken broth along with vegetables, including onions, celery, garlic, and a little bit of kale and sea salt. And basically you're going to do that soup withbasically vegetables. You can also throw in things, like cauliflower and broccoli. Andyou're going to do that bone broth soup with a little bit of chicken and just consume thatfor three days. I've had people do that two

weeks to see even faster results. That's whereyou want to start, in terms of doing a candida cleanse. It's mostly bone broth for a fewdays with a little bit of vegetables and sometimes a little bit of chicken. Step three is doing the candida diet, andhere are the best foods for helping you cure candida. Number one, it's going to be steamedvegetables, okay? Vegetables are the easiest thing for your body to digest. That's thefirst food. The second food is going to be fermented vegetables, like sauerkraut. Now,typically you don't want to eat the sauerkraut cold, but sauerkraut and kimchi are warmingto the body. They actually also help your

body get more good bacteria in its probioticswhich will help crowd out the yeast and bad bacteria that's built up within your system. The number three food is going to be bonebroth. Bone broth is incredible because it contains the amino acid, glycine, which supportsthe liver and helps your body clear candida. The fourth food is going to be organic meat, like wild caught salmon, organic chicken and turkey, lamb and grass fed beef. Those aresome other great options of foods that can help eliminate candida. And last but not least, it's going to be starchyvegetables, specifically things like butternut

Is Parsley Good For Candida

Eric Bakker, naturopath from New Zealand. Thanks for checking out my tutorial. I'm going to talk about parsley today. One of my favoriteherbs. Parsley is very easy to grow. You can get the curly kind or you can get the largeItalian flat leaf kind. Parsley is a biennial herb, which means it grows over a twoyearperiod and then it basically dies. Aren't you glad you live longer than two years. Imaginethat, living for two years only. The first year it tends to really concentrateon growing a root structure and has a very powerful above ground appearance. The secondyear it consolidates its above ground and it will form a thick trunk and then a verybig underground root structure. In the third

year, it basically dies. It's going to producea lot more seed in the second year. In the second year actually, you can pull it outand you've got these big chunky roots that you can wash off, scrub, and, in fact, it'sa fantastic thing to put in your chicken soup. Really, really good. I just heard yesterdaysomeone called chicken soup the Jewish penicillin, which is quite an interesting analogy.Parsley roots are a little bit like celery roots or celery. They're wonderful in soups. But the beautiful thing about the second year, the roots are actually a very powerful kidneycleanser. So you can actually chop the roots up and create concoction, boil them and simmerthem and then drink that tea, parsley tea

for cleaning out the urinary system, especiallyif you suffer from recurring UTIs or lower back pain and things like that.Parsley has one of the highest levels of vitamin K of just about any herb or vegetable known. It's very, very good for people who want to add vitamin K to body, which is good for bones, good for immune function. Good for blood. Make sure you've got healthy blood clotting. It's very, very high in vitamin C. Super high in vitamin C and also high in folic acid. It's a very, very healthy food. It contains about a half a dozen different types of flavonoids. We know these flavonoids are very powerful to look after the very small blood vesselsin the body, especially for the eye and for

the kidney and around the heart and in thebrain. The benefits of parsley go on and on. I can'trecommend parsley enough for people to consume. It's an incredibly powerful food. Get ridof the dried crap. If you've got dried herbs, throw them out. These are just powdery junk.Grow fresh herbs yourself. They're so simple to grow. So next time you go grocery shopping, have a look at the section where they've got the little seedlings for sale. Buy some parsleyplants, put them in the garden because they grow nearly all year round. We've got frostat the moment outside and the parsley is growing fine. If you get a really hard frost, youneed to shelter it. But keep every year putting

two or three parsley plants in and you canuse it as a garnish on nearly all dishes. It's great in stir fries. It's good in salads. It's good in soups. It makes a wonderful tea. It's got a very fresh powerful taste. It alsohas this ability to really help to stimulate different kinds of enzymes in the body thatprotect against a lot of carcinogens like tobacco smoke, char, stuff when you have thatpiece of steak and you get that char grill on it. It also reduces polyp formation inthe gut, so it stops tumors from forming. I could spend an hour talking about the benefitsof parsley. Is it good for Candida? It's excellent forCandida because it promotes great digestive

health. It's also a bitter, so it stimulatesthe body to produce different enzymes and acids. It's also high fiber. It's also a prebiotic,so you can't go wrong. If you want a super food, eat parsley. I'd rank up in the topsuper group along with avocados, blueberries, wild salmon, those sorts of foods. Parsleyis right up there with those. So make sure you put some parsley on your plate.Don't forget to click on the link below if you haven't already got my Candida reportand subscribe. Thanks for tuning in.
