How To CURE Your Yeast Infection In ONE DAY

Hi there, Eric Bakker, naturopath. I'm going to do a tutorial today on how to cureCandida in 24 hours. How you can get rid of your yeast infection completely in one dayand be fully cured and healed and never get it back again, zero. What do you think aboutthat? Well, I just spent a good hour on YouTubehaving a look at a whole array of different YouTube tutorials by experts in Candida. Andone particular person claims you can cure Candida 100 percent in one week; every caseof Candida can be cured by following a 100 percent vegan diet. All you've got to do iseat lots and lots of fruit, nothing but fruit;

you avoid all animal proteins completely,no meat at all, no eggs, no fish, no chicken, no beef, absolutely no animal food. Just eatnothing but fruit and within one week, it's fully cured because all animal foods containfats, which line your arteries and keep sugar in your blood, which allows Candida to feedoff. What a load of crap! I just can't really buy a lot of this stuff that people come upwith. I'm telling you folks, there's so much bologna on line. There's another man I saw on a YouTube clip.He said, You can drink alcohol with a yeast infection. There's nothing wrong with Vodkaor Gin. Neutral spirits are fine. Just avoid

other things like Whiskey and Bourbon andbeer, but Vodka and Gin are fine to drink with a yeast infection. Now, if you're going to watch these sortsof clips and believe them, you're going to be a real fool and a sucker for punishment. Some of these tutorials have had 20,000 or 30,000 views in 30 days, which shows me that a lotof people maybe are falling for this sort of crap. I really hope you don't fall forthis absolute nonsense. Think about it logically, eating lots of fruit, 15 pieces of fruit aday, loaded with sucrose and fructose. What are you doing to your gut?

Now, this particular person's about 20 yearsold and quite a fanatical vegan no doubt like a lot of vegans are. But I'd like to see thisparticular person when she's 50 like me to see what she looks like; if she's still bubblyand bright and bouncing around and all happy. She could be a big ball of lard at that stage;we don't really know what she's going to look like. I'm not here to criticize her, but I'm goingto tell you that these sorts of approaches are absolute garbage. You know they may workfor 6 months or 12 months. They may work for her, but if you're going to try this approachwith a seriously bad yeast infection and just

eat fruit all day, how do you think you'regoing to feel? Within a couple of years, you're going to be B12 deficient, you're going tobe Iron deficient, you're going to get fatigued and tired, you'll have recurring infections, you'll have blood sugar problems, and you're going to feel pretty sick. I want you to takemy advice and don't follow these sorts of ridiculous radical approaches. My approach makes a lot more sense and isbased on the work done by a naturopath and medical many years ago. Trowbridge; Trowbridge's MEVI approach makes common sense to me. Eggs, vegetables, meats, yogurt, cultured fermented foods, nuts and seeds,

a wide range of different foods obviouslytailored to suit a specific person. Now I'm not here to argue the merits of veganism orvegetarianism versus eating meat in the diet, but I've been through a strict stage in mylife where I've avoided all that or more, proteins, completely for a while and I feltgreat. But then after a while, I didn't feel great until I incorporated protein back intomy diet from an animal source. I'll do some YouTube clips outlining the importanceof animal proteins in your diet, which I believe are very important. But it's up to you todecide what way you're going to get your protein sources from. You may want to get them fromvegetable sources or legume sources or nuts

Candida Diet Plan Ultimate AntiCandida Diet For Candida Overgrowth

Hi there. It's Eric Bakker, naturopath fromNew Zealand, author of Candida Crusher and formulator of the Canxida range of dietarysupplements. Thanks for checking out my tutorial today. Today, I'm going to teach you how toreally do a proper Candida diet. We're going to go through different steps of my CandidaCrusher dietary approach. I've got a question here from a man calledJoel in Chicago, in the United States, and Joel is asking me if I can do a good, comprehensivetutorial on the Candida diet. Joel wants to know about the antiCandida diet. He wants to knowsome Candida recipes. He wants to know Candida foods to eat, Candida foods to avoid and allthose sorts of things.

But before you check out my tutorial, pleaseclick on the link in the description box below this tutorial to download your 13page free report. It's a report that I normally use for my new clients who come and see me with yeast infections. They will get this free report. It's also a part of my book. This report is worth atleast $20, if not more. It's yours for free. Just click on the link below and it will takeyou to a page where you can download that free report. I think you'll find it quitehandy. Joel, let's go into this Candida Crusher dietaryapproach. My Candida diet approach really involves three stages. Before I put peoplethrough the three stages, I generally like

them to go through a big cleanup. So we'lltidy up the diet first. Generally, the lifestyle and diet need a bit of a tidy up when peopleget serious about revitalizing their digestive function. If they really want to get well, they need to make some changes, but I'm not about making changes very quick with people.I prefer that they slowly make change. Slow changes and generally over a period of many, many weeks will usually mean that new habits become formed. New lifestyle and dietary habitsbecome formed. Then when these become formed, slowly theybecome permanent in your life. And when these habits become permanent, it means that thesehealthy habits will ensure that you don't

get a repeat of the old symptoms and thatyou stay well for life. That, to me, is what it's all about. Not just eradicating symptomswith pills or eradicating symptoms with a diet, but building incredible health and wellnessthrough making life long permanent changes. That's what we're all about. The big cleanupis something you can read about at yeastinfection , so be sure to check out yeastinfection .That's got about a thousand of my articles on that site.Let's look at stage one first. Stage one of the Candida Crusher diet approach is calledthe MEVY diet, meat, eggs, vegetables and yogurt. Let's look at that. Let's look atwhat the MEVY diet or the stage one approach

really encompasses. The first thing we'vegot to do, of course, on the MEVY, which you should have already done on the big cleanup,is to get rid of all the processed and junk foods out of your diet. If I go to your refrigeratorand open it up, am I going to find lots of jars and bottles there with all sorts of sweetsauces or foods that have been in there for many days or even weeks, they all need togo into the garbage can. You need to get rid of all of those. Have a good look at yourpantry and your kitchen bench and your freezer and start making some changes there. All ofthese things could do with a big cleanup themselves. Cut back on the amount of foods that you buywhen you go out in terms of takeaway food.

Stopping off somewhere and buying a pizzaor getting donuts or getting foods that are highly processed, you need to stop these habits.Because these are the habits that are not going to be really good if you want to recoverfrom a yeast infection or small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, what we call SIBO. SIBOand Candida often go hand in hand. Avoid white sugar, white flour, soda drinks, takeawayfoods, beer, alcohol, wine, and all these sorts of things in general. Any kind of candiesor chocolates. These things all need to go. They just don't form any place in the digestivesystem if you want to recover from Candida. Include liberal amounts of fresh, unprocessed, and nutritional foods. A good thing to do

Is Almond Milk Good For Candida

Greetings. Eric Bakker, naturopath from NewZealand. Author of Candida Crusher and also the formulator of the Canxida range of dietarysupplements. Thanks for checking out my tutorial. I'm going to talk today about almond milk.Is almond milk good on the Candida diet? Yes, it is. Providing it's sugar free.Don't buy commercial almond milks or, in fact, any kind of nut milk until you read the labelon the package because a lot of them contain sugars. If not white sugar, they'll containrefined sugars. So look at the primary ingredient. It will often be like water and then it mightsay sugar. If it contains sugar, just put it back on the shelf. Make your own almondmilk. It's very simple to do.

Get about 20 almonds, the ones with the brownskins on them, put them in a container and put about a cup of water on there and justrun them through the juicer. I've got a Vitamix in my kitchen. I love it. I use it all thetime. Put 20 almonds there with say a cup to a cup and a half of water and just runit through the Vitamix for about 60 seconds and that will turn into a nice white sortof creamy milk. It's very tasty. You can put a pinch of xylitol in there if you want, butI wouldn't do that. Xylitol and stevia are recommended by some people to have on theCandida diet, you want to pull those out as much as you can.Cashew, if you've got organic cashews, you

can make a cashew milk as well. That almondmilk recipe I mentioned to you tastes very nice. Another good tip for you with the almondmilk is to put a couple drops of 100 percent pure vanilla extract. Even though it's analcohol, if you put one or two drops in there, you're going to be fine. It will give it aheavenly smell and flavor having that in there. Another way you can do with almonds that Ifound is a neat trick. Get coconut milk or water and then throw that in the Vitamix andput your 20 almonds in with the coconut water. Coconut cream is a bit heavy and if you usethe coconut milk, thin it down with a bit of pure water. It's got a very nice almondcoconut flavor about it, which gives you an

antifungal trick. Instead of just the almondmilk, you can have a coconut almond milk. It's very tasty. And that's what I'll sometimeshave on my cereal in the morning is just make a coconut almond milk. You can also try thecoconut cashew milk. Very tasty. Macadamia milk is quite nice, too. There are differentnut milks you can make up. Nuts not to use preferably on a Candida diet are pistachiosand peanuts, so keep away from those two nuts. But many other nuts are fine. Another thingis be aware of the rancidity of nuts because a lot of nuts you buy are not fresh. They'reactually rancid and you can taste that and smell it sometimes, too.Almonds are a fantastic source of calcium.

They're really high in calcium. They've gota lot of magnesium in them. Almonds have got zinc in them and many other beneficial minerals. They're an alkaline nut. They're very healthy to eat, particularly good calcium substituteif you're going to take cow's milk out of your diet. Almonds are great to have and alsosesame seeds are another very high calcium containing food.I'll give almond milk the thumbs up on the Candida diet. Thanks for tuning in. Don'tforget to subscribe.
