Reluctant cooks, don't worry this recipe isSO easy. Coconut milk,mango and ginger are alreadya flavor trifecta. Then to add a sweet spicy aromatic note,I use the most neglected member of my spice
collection,cardamom.Blend until smooth. I use white chia because it looks prettierthan the black seeds. The chia seeds will plump up and the texturewill be similar to tapioca. Refrigerate for 4 hours so the magic can happen. For the awesome sauce,add coconut milk andcoconut sugar to a large saucepan.Reduce over medhigh heat for 15 minutes.Mixture will start to thicken.
