Instead, do a lot more vegetables and maybe some starchycarbs. Number three thing you have to do to clearCandida from you system, is support your spleen. It's very, very good using lactobacillus, Mark.It's a very good idea to use a probiotic when you have got a yeast infection. Beneficialbacteria are one of our most powerful defense mechanisms in terms of keeping our gut inbalance, in really good shape. And there are

different strains of beneficial bacteria thatwe're not really going to go into on this tutorial, but I think that including a fermentedand cultured food is a very clever idea to incorporate into your diet on a regular basis.But even more important is to take good probiotics at least once, if not twice, per day on anextended basis to help to repopulate your gut with very beneficial bacteria.Candida are normally occurring organisms in the digestive system of many people and alsoin the vaginal area of women. Some estimates are 20 to 30 percent of women have this normallyoccurring and a lot of men have got Candida growing in different parts of their body aswell, which is a normal organism. But however,

it's when the balance becomes tipped. Whenthe Candida gain the upper hand and they really take off. That's when we start to get problems.You could liken the lactobacillus species to being like the police of the digestivesystem. They will keep the bad guys in check. They secrete various kinds of chemicals todo that. So taking a good probiotic,Mark, I think is worth mentioning. Something that contains multiple strains of lactobacillusis a very good idea. Lactobacillus plantarum or lactobacillus rhamnosus are two of thebetter lactobacillus strains to have in your digestive system on a daily basis for severalmonths to help to counter Candida.

These in particular are very good strainsbecause they boost lots of different aspects of your immune function. It's also importantto make sure that your probiotic contains the bifida bacteria as well, preferably oneor two strains.
