How To CURE Your Yeast Infection In ONE DAY
Hi there, Eric Bakker, naturopath. I'm going to do a tutorial today on how to cureCandida in 24 hours. How you can get rid of your yeast infection completely in one dayand be fully cured and healed and never get it back again, zero. What do you think aboutthat? Well, I just spent a good hour on YouTubehaving a look at a whole array of different YouTube tutorials by experts in Candida. Andone particular person claims you can cure Candida 100 percent in one week; every caseof Candida can be cured by following a 100 percent vegan diet. All you've got to do iseat lots and lots of fruit, nothing but fruit;
you avoid all animal proteins completely,no meat at all, no eggs, no fish, no chicken, no beef, absolutely no animal food. Just eatnothing but fruit and within one week, it's fully cured because all animal foods containfats, which line your arteries and keep sugar in your blood, which allows Candida to feedoff. What a load of crap! I just can't really buy a lot of this stuff that people come upwith. I'm telling you folks, there's so much bologna on line. There's another man I saw on a YouTube clip.He said, You can drink alcohol with a yeast infection. There's nothing wrong with Vodkaor Gin. Neutral spirits are fine. Just avoid
other things like Whiskey and Bourbon andbeer, but Vodka and Gin are fine to drink with a yeast infection. Now, if you're going to watch these sortsof clips and believe them, you're going to be a real fool and a sucker for punishment.Some of these tutorials have had 20,000 or 30,000 views in 30 days, which shows me that a lotof people maybe are falling for this sort of crap. I really hope you don't fall forthis absolute nonsense. Think about it logically, eating lots of fruit, 15 pieces of fruit aday, loaded with sucrose and fructose. What are you doing to your gut?
Now, this particular person's about 20 yearsold and quite a fanatical vegan no doubt like a lot of vegans are. But I'd like to see thisparticular person when she's 50 like me to see what she looks like; if she's still bubblyand bright and bouncing around and all happy. She could be a big ball of lard at that stage;we don't really know what she's going to look like. I'm not here to criticize her, but I'm goingto tell you that these sorts of approaches are absolute garbage. You know they may workfor 6 months or 12 months. They may work for her, but if you're going to try this approachwith a seriously bad yeast infection and just
eat fruit all day, how do you think you'regoing to feel? Within a couple of years, you're going to be B12 deficient, you're going tobe Iron deficient, you're going to get fatigued and tired, you'll have recurring infections,you'll have blood sugar problems, and you're going to feel pretty sick. I want you to takemy advice and don't follow these sorts of ridiculous radical approaches. My approach makes a lot more sense and isbased on the work done by a naturopath and medical many years ago. Trowbridge; Trowbridge's MEVI approach makes common sense to me. Eggs, vegetables, meats, yogurt,cultured fermented foods, nuts and seeds,
a wide range of different foods obviouslytailored to suit a specific person. Now I'm not here to argue the merits of veganism orvegetarianism versus eating meat in the diet, but I've been through a strict stage in mylife where I've avoided all that or more, proteins, completely for a while and I feltgreat. But then after a while, I didn't feel great until I incorporated protein back intomy diet from an animal source. I'll do some YouTube clips outlining the importanceof animal proteins in your diet, which I believe are very important. But it's up to you todecide what way you're going to get your protein sources from. You may want to get them fromvegetable sources or legume sources or nuts
Is Acidophilus Good For Candida
Greetings. It's Eric Bakker, naturopath fromNew Zealand, author of Candida Crusher and formulator of the Canxida range of dietarysupplements. Thanks for checking out this tutorial today. Today, we're going to talk aboutacidophilus, lactobacillus acidophilus, in particular, a very beneficial strain of bacteria.I've got an email here from a guy called Mark in Ontario, Canada, asking me if lactobacillusis good for Candida in general. It's very, very good using lactobacillus, Mark.It's a very good idea to use a probiotic when you have got a yeast infection. Beneficialbacteria are one of our most powerful defense mechanisms in terms of keeping our gut inbalance, in really good shape. And there are
different strains of beneficial bacteria thatwe're not really going to go into on this tutorial, but I think that including a fermentedand cultured food is a very clever idea to incorporate into your diet on a regular basis.But even more important is to take good probiotics at least once, if not twice, per day on anextended basis to help to repopulate your gut with very beneficial bacteria.Candida are normally occurring organisms in the digestive system of many people and alsoin the vaginal area of women. Some estimates are 20 to 30 percent of women have this normallyoccurring and a lot of men have got Candida growing in different parts of their body aswell, which is a normal organism. But however,
it's when the balance becomes tipped. Whenthe Candida gain the upper hand and they really take off. That's when we start to get problems.You could liken the lactobacillus species to being like the police of the digestivesystem. They will keep the bad guys in check. They secrete various kinds of chemicals todo that. They produce something called hydrogen peroxide and they secrete acidophilin anddifferent chemicals with funny names that help to keep these bad guys around them ina correct kind of balance. When the numbers of lactobacillus drop off, we start to getproblems because we're going to get bacteria and potentially yeasts like Candida albicansand various other Candida species that can
start getting the upper hand and that's notwhat we want. Because this can create a huge shift in our gut and create a lot of problemswith many other parts of the body. By consuming a good yogurt, for example. Idid a tutorial recently on a yogurt called Activia by a company called Danone. That's not a badyogurt; however, it's got predominantly bifida bacteria in it. So taking a good probiotic,Mark, I think is worth mentioning. Something that contains multiple strains of lactobacillusis a very good idea. Lactobacillus plantarum or lactobacillus rhamnosus are two of thebetter lactobacillus strains to have in your digestive system on a daily basis for severalmonths to help to counter Candida.
These in particular are very good strainsbecause they boost lots of different aspects of your immune function. It's also importantto make sure that your probiotic contains the bifida bacteria as well, preferably oneor two strains. Having a lacto and bifida high quality capsule with a dosage of at least10 billion per cap, if not more, is a clever idea long term to seed the gut, to put thebacteria in there and then, again, to eat the right kind of foods to make sure thatwe're going to feed these guys up. Mark, just check out my Canxida Restore. It'sa product I think you'll like. I've designed this product and put it in a very specialcapsule that will only open up inside the
small intestine, so it's going to make surethat implantation takes place in the right area. A very easy to take capsule and highlyeffective. To answer your question is lactobacillus acidophilusgood for Candida. It's very, very good to have. Most people I do stool testing on, infact, have got low levels of these bacteria. So by taking a probiotic and eating yogurton a regular basis, you're going to ensure that you're going to get sufficient amountsover a period of time. Thank you for your question, Mark.
Vaginal Yeast Infection How to Cure Yeast Infection
There is a relatively effective though onedimensionaltreatment for candida yeast infection called immunotherapy. In this treatment yeast infectionpatients are ordered to avoid the consumption of basically all yeasty foods and sugary foodsand are given allergenic substance in dilute doses normally in the form of oral drops orinjection to enhance the immune abilities of the body and reduce the allergic response. The method also called Enzyme PotentiatedDesensitization (EPD) was developed by Len McEwen, M.D. (London) in the mid60's. Thenewest form of this treatment is called Low Dose Allergens or LDA.
In this treatment the patients receive upto three injections every two months and for a maximum period of two years, depending onthe patients response to the therapy. The enzymes are suppose to enhance the candidainfection strength and may treat several other groups of allergens along the way. The EPD treatment for candida yeast infectiongoes like this: For a period of ten days before the firstinjection, the patients are given Sporanox, which is an anti fungal for systematic candida,and DeNol an anti gastric ulcer agent that reduces the ability of candida to plant itsroots in the mucus linings of the intestinal
tract. For approximately 3 days before the injection,patients undergo a semifast in which they need to avoid the consumption of all foodallergens combined with the intake of the following supplements that improve the effectivenessof the EPD treatment: Zinc, Folic acid and Vitamin D3. The response of the EPD treatment for candidayeast infection varies among patients. Some patients may experience sudden and dramaticimprovement that wears off in time while some need increased doses through longer intervalsuntil improvement is maintained.
