How to Cure Candida in 6 Steps
Hey, guys. Axe here, of functionalmedicine and founder of DrAxe . Today I'm going to share with you the exact diet, treatmentand supplements you need to take the clear Candida from your body. And this is what Ireally consider to be my SixStep Candida Cure Diet Protocol. And you're going to seeamazing results with this protocol. And let me say this first, what is Candida?Candida is the overgrowth of yeast and bad bacteria in your body and it can cause somemajor symptoms that you want to get rid of. And so some of the symptoms of Candida caninclude any type of fatigue issue. If you struggle with chronic fatigue or adrenal fatigue, those can be related to Candida.
Any type of leaky gut issue. Leaky gut isintestinal permeability, where proteins like gluten can leak through your gut and causeinflammation of your body. So if you have food sensitivities or if you have digestiveissues like gas and bloating, also if you have any problem related to the thyroid, thosecan be warning signs you have Candida. Also if you get yeast in your body. If younotice, let's say, yeast or whiteness on your tongue or if you ever get chronic yeast infectionsor coming down with the cold and flu often, those can be warning signs that you have Candida. And, of course, also with Candida any sort of other digestive issues, like irritablebowel syndrome or chronic diarrhea or constipation
or even acid reflux, those are warning signsthat you might have Candida. And last but not least, is a sluggish metabolism. If you aren't losing weight and burning fat like you know you should be, those are warningsigns you could have Candida, along with actually even bad breath and lack of detoxification. Those are some major warning signs. So here are the six things you need to do to eliminateCandida fast. Number one, you need to stop consuming somuch sugar. Now, I know that's obvious. That's something that I think most of us realizeis that sugar feeds yeast in your body. But again, you have got to get rid of processedsugar, fruit juices, any sort of added sugar
to any sort of product sweetener. Even mostpackaged products and fast foods are also high in sugar. Even things like pasta saucesand crackers, you'd be surprised, but sugar is added to almost everything. So again, eliminate especially the processedsugar out of your diet. As a replacement, I recommend using a little bit of Stevia, which is a nocalorie natural sweetener and then about one to three teaspoons a day ofmanuka honey. Okay? Those are the sweeteners you should be using if you have Candida. Number two. You need to eliminate grains fromyour diet. Why? Because grains turn into sugar
and they also tend to be more inflammatory. And so again, getting those grains out of your diet, especially wheat products and glutencontaininggrains, that's step number two. Instead, do a lot more vegetables and maybe some starchycarbs. Number three thing you have to do to clearCandida from you system, is support your spleen. Now, this is cuttingedge information thata lot of people don't realize. And this is a practice in Ancient China that is oftenused by acupuncturists today. But they have found that the number one cause of Candidais a weakened spleen. And so if you have spleen issues, and spleen is responsible for digestionof the body, producing red blood cells in
your system. And so the spleen is a very importantorgan. In order to support the spleen, there area couple things you need to do. But really the spleen is supported by starchy foods, especially squash, things like sweet potatoes, butternut squash, and also even doing certaintypes of beans like lentils and mung beans. So again, getting some of those good starchycarbs. And that's really where your sweetness shouldcome from. A little bit of butternut squash, acorn squash, foods like that that has thatmild sweetness. That's the only sweet you should be really getting in your diet. Again, with no processed sugar and, again, very low
I Have Little White Bumps On My Penis Could This Be A Yeast Infection
Hi there, Eric Bakker, naturopath, authorof Candida Crusher with another question. I have little painless white bumps on my penis.Could this be a yeast infection? It most probably is. A good thing to do ifyou're uncircumcised is to roll the foreskin back and have a look. If it's intensely itchyin particular, and small white bumps, it could well be a yeast infection. If in doubt, getchecked out. That's my saying. So go and see your and get a swab and get the areachecked and to see if the can culture any yeast. If Candida albicans can be culturedfrom this swab, then it most certainly is a yeast infection. But you could be dealingwith any one of different types of conditions.
But itchiness, irritability to that area, small white bumps, generally will signify a yeast infection. A good home treatment would be to give ita good wash with tea tree oil soap and to keep it dry and clean. And to take precautionswith sexual relations, use condoms of course, until you really know what you're dealingwith. So to answer that question, would these littlewhite bumps on the penis be a yeast infection? They probably are, but get checked out justto be sure. And if you're told they are yeast infection, always consider internal treatmentas well as external treatment.
You can read a lot more in the fourth chapterin my book, Candida Crusher, if you're a male particularly with what to do with these typesof infections. They'll give you lots of different solutions and ideas, so do read that chapterin my book. So I hope that answers your question. Thankyou.
HOW TO GET RID OF TINY FOREHEAD BUMPS
Hi guys, welcome back to my channel. I wantedto talk about these tiny, annoying, pesky little bumps on your forehead. You have triedsalicylic acid. You have benzoyl peroxide. You have tried almost every single acne producton the market and they do not seem to work. What is going on?Pityrosporum Folliculitis or Malassezia folliculitis is caused by proliferation of a yeast withinthe hair follicles. What? So, basically it is a yeast. On the surface of the skin, itlooks like it is acne except it isn't. One distinguishable difference between acne andthis yeast is the itchiness it causes. If the bumps you're experiencing are accompaniedby an occasional itch, chances are you may
have this yeast present. However, ironically, acne may be present, too; due to the fact that skin oiliness is one of the factors thatcan lead to this condition, and also, as you know, acne. More on that later.Surprisingly, malassezia or pityrosporum can actually be found on the skin of most adults;the thing is an overproliferation of this yeast is usually what causes this acnelikebreakout to occur, and like any yeast or fungus an overproliferation occurs only when theconditions are ripe. Then things go crazy! One more important point to make. While thetitle of this tutorial is How To Get Rid of Forehead Bumps, this condition can actually be present onthe upper back, the chest, the shoulders,
and the neck. It can really be found in quitea few different places. But I have found when we are talking about acne and when we aretalking about skin care, a lot of people have mentioned this tiny bumplike eruption onthe forehead. How did you get Pityrosporum Folliculitis?Or how did you get Malassezia Folliculitis? Going back to what I said earlier, it canoccur from oily skin. Other factors include obesity, stress, fatigue, or pregnancy. Evena systemic illness that can cause a weakening in your immune system or taking certain broadspectrum antibiotics and medications can also be factors. How can you tell if you have Pityrosporum
Folliculitis? A al diagnosis can bedetermined by either visually observing the area or microscopically having a skin biopsydone. Sounds intense, I know. The good news is treatment is entirely waymore straightforward. If you don't have the time or, let's face it, the money togo see a , determining whether or not you have acne or a yeast present can be assimple as applying a topical treatment to treat yeast, and seeing if it works. NizoralAD Shampoo is a commonly used product used to treat this type of yeast. Its active ingredientis Ketoconazole. Ketoconazole is an antidandruff, antifungal agent. Basically, it treats dandruff,it kills yeast and kills fungus. Apply a thin
layer of this product over the affected areastwice a day – morning and night – for ten days. It is recommended that you leaveit on the skin for ten to fifteen minutes before washing off. If you notice a significantimprovement after the ten day application, more than likely an overgrowth of this yeastwas present and the cause of the bumps you saw on your forehead. If you notice mild improvement, both acne and an overgrowth of this yeast may have been present and may still be present. After a ten day treatment of this product, try treating the remainder of the bumps youhave with acne remedies and acne solutions to see if you notice a difference. Lastly,if you did not notice any improvement at all, more
than likely an overgrowth of this yeast isnot present. It could simply be acne that is causing the bumps on your forehead.
