Candida Diet Plan Ultimate AntiCandida Diet For Candida Overgrowth
Hi there. It's Eric Bakker, naturopath fromNew Zealand, author of Candida Crusher and formulator of the Canxida range of dietarysupplements. Thanks for checking out my tutorial today. Today, I'm going to teach you how toreally do a proper Candida diet. We're going to go through different steps of my CandidaCrusher dietary approach. I've got a question here from a man calledJoel in Chicago, in the United States, and Joel is asking me if I can do a good, comprehensivetutorial on the Candida diet. Joel wants to know about the antiCandida diet. He wants to knowsome Candida recipes. He wants to know Candida foods to eat, Candida foods to avoid and allthose sorts of things.
But before you check out my tutorial, pleaseclick on the link in the description box below this tutorial to download your 13page free report. It's a report that I normally use for my new clients who come and see me with yeast infections. They will get this free report. It's also a part of my book. This report is worth atleast $20, if not more. It's yours for free. Just click on the link below and it will takeyou to a page where you can download that free report. I think you'll find it quitehandy. Joel, let's go into this Candida Crusher dietaryapproach. My Candida diet approach really involves three stages. Before I put peoplethrough the three stages, I generally like
them to go through a big cleanup. So we'lltidy up the diet first. Generally, the lifestyle and diet need a bit of a tidy up when peopleget serious about revitalizing their digestive function. If they really want to get well, they need to make some changes, but I'm not about making changes very quick with people.I prefer that they slowly make change. Slow changes and generally over a period of many, many weeks will usually mean that new habits become formed. New lifestyle and dietary habitsbecome formed. Then when these become formed, slowly theybecome permanent in your life. And when these habits become permanent, it means that thesehealthy habits will ensure that you don't
get a repeat of the old symptoms and thatyou stay well for life. That, to me, is what it's all about. Not just eradicating symptomswith pills or eradicating symptoms with a diet, but building incredible health and wellnessthrough making life long permanent changes. That's what we're all about. The big cleanupis something you can read about at yeastinfection , so be sure to check out yeastinfection .That's got about a thousand of my articles on that site.Let's look at stage one first. Stage one of the Candida Crusher diet approach is calledthe MEVY diet, meat, eggs, vegetables and yogurt. Let's look at that. Let's look atwhat the MEVY diet or the stage one approach
really encompasses. The first thing we'vegot to do, of course, on the MEVY, which you should have already done on the big cleanup,is to get rid of all the processed and junk foods out of your diet. If I go to your refrigeratorand open it up, am I going to find lots of jars and bottles there with all sorts of sweetsauces or foods that have been in there for many days or even weeks, they all need togo into the garbage can. You need to get rid of all of those. Have a good look at yourpantry and your kitchen bench and your freezer and start making some changes there. All ofthese things could do with a big cleanup themselves. Cut back on the amount of foods that you buywhen you go out in terms of takeaway food.
Stopping off somewhere and buying a pizzaor getting donuts or getting foods that are highly processed, you need to stop these habits.Because these are the habits that are not going to be really good if you want to recoverfrom a yeast infection or small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, what we call SIBO. SIBOand Candida often go hand in hand. Avoid white sugar, white flour, soda drinks, takeawayfoods, beer, alcohol, wine, and all these sorts of things in general. Any kind of candiesor chocolates. These things all need to go. They just don't form any place in the digestivesystem if you want to recover from Candida. Include liberal amounts of fresh, unprocessed, and nutritional foods. A good thing to do
Candida Diet Tip ALWAYS Adopt Dietary Changes SLOWLY When It Comes To Candida Diet
Greetings. Naturopath from New Zealand, EricBakker, author of Candida Crusher, formulator of the Canxida range of products. Thanks forchecking out my tutorial. Today, we're going to do an interesting tutorial on always adoptdietary changes slowly with Candida. Make changes slowly. Don't be one of these crazypeople who do everything really quickly. I can't tell you how many people that haveconsulted me over the years that felt like crap after they started treatment and that'sbecause they went hammer and tongues. When I gave them some advice, they would go inand the next day make all the changes very quickly. It's a stupid idea. I had a veryinteresting consultation with a lady in Australia
today, a lovely lady from the Philippinesnow in her 60s who I've been seeing now probably for about I think six months whose been sickfor some time. And she always wanted to eat rice for many rice for many years, but shesaid every time she went into rice, it made her sick. I think it's because when she started, she would have a whole plate of rice with something on top of it and then start eatingthat and feel terrible. My suggestion to her was start with about a teaspoon of rice perday or half a teaspoon. She said, quot; What? One teaspoon of rice. That's crazy. I like toeat rice.quot; What she did like a lot of people do when they start to incorporate a new foodinto the diet is they do way too much, way
too soon, too quickly. You can't do that.I really want you to get that through your mind. It is not a good idea.Nor is it to do that when you are going to start an exercise program. You're not goingto go out and walk 50 miles the first day or go on a cross country hike up big mountaincliffs and down to ravines and then the next day say, quot;Crazy. I'm never going for a walkagain. I feel like crap. All my muscles are sore.quot; What if you started with just a gentlewalk around the block for a week? And then the second week, you maybe went around theblock once and then twice? And then what about the third week, you did a bigger loop. Andafter a month, you did a small hike up a hill.
And then after about three or four months, you did a large hike around the countryside? And then in six months, you did that big walk?Sure, you had some sore muscles, but you didn't need to have ization with extremedehydration because you weren't crazy because you gradually built things up over a periodof time. Your digestive system is the same. It needsslow adjustment. It needs slow change. It's very clever for you to understand that principle. Why would that be so? Why do I want you to start slowly and build up? Lots of changesneed to occur inside you. For example, people who've got leaky gut or SIBO or Candida oftenhave been unwell for many, many years. They've
got altering levels of pH in their digestivesystem. They've got different kinds of bacterial levels than they should have. They may havenot enough beneficial bacteria. Too many bad ones. They've had different kinds of yeasts. So as soon as they start changing their diet too quickly, they're going to upset all ofthose things. They're going to feel bloated, have gas, feel sick, have headaches, havefarting, constipation, all these sort of things. And then immediately they think, quot;Oh, can'teat that food anymore. I'm allergic to that food.quot; But what if they started with the smallest amount of that food and if they had a reaction, they backed off and they wrote it on a piece
of paper and tried another piece of food. What if at that same time, they started to take some digestive enzymes and some probioticsand maybe a small amount of antifungalantibacterial, but they put all the other supplements asidefor a while? One of my patients today was taking around 19 different dietary supplementsand she felt like crap. I said, quot; What the hell are you taking all this stuff for?quot; We had another patient about two years ago that was taking 90 supplements per day; $4,000per month in supplements. Plus, a whole page of medications and pharmaceuticals from theirfour different s. I asked her how she felt. She said, quot;I feel like crap.quot; I said, quot;Great. Go to the kitchen and I want you to
