How Long Is Candida Die Off Symptoms

Thank you for checking out this YouTube channeland thank you for tuning into this tutorial today. Heres a question Ive been asked from a ladyin Australia. How long is Candida die off? How long does it take for me to finally overcomethese dreadful feelings that Ive got a die off?Ive done a few tutorials on Candida die off and lets get one thing straight. Are you surethat its Candida die off? Are you sure its not something else? Many people I see andhave consultations with swear that theyre getting Candida die off, but in fact theyrenot getting that at all. Theyre getting a totally different reaction. Theyre gettinga detox reaction or theyre getting a reaction

to a change in diet or theyre getting a changein the way they feel because theyve withdrawn certain foods from the diet.So there are different reasons why you could be getting the feelings that youre getting, and you may misconstrue these feelings and believe that its actually what we call a HerxheimerReaction or a die off. True die off occurs when lots of Candida die and release theircontents into the digestive system. Not in the bloodstream. Youre not going to kill millionsof Candida in the bloodstream and theyre going to create a toxic reaction. Its usually alwaysin the gut. When that occurs, you can feel pretty sickand toxic. Normally, its going to last anywhere

between two days up to about 10 days. Generally,I would find five to seven days, and usually the first 24 to 72 hours are the most intenseand toxic experience, and then it will taper off, then youll feel fine again. How can you avoid die off? You can avoid die off with common sense like anything in life, but remember, Ive told you guys this before. Common sense isnt very common with a lot ofpeople out there who are treating for Candida. If youve got severe Candida, if youve gotmajor brain fog, if you feel spaced out and youve got joint pain and youre very sick, youre tired, youve got a lot of gut problems, then you need to be very careful when youstart on a course of treatment, particularly

a strong antifungal treatment. If you go tooquickly into something and take like a mega dose, there is a possibility youre going toset yourself up for a fall. Youre going to feel pretty crappy. What you want to do isgo into it nice and slowly, nice and gently. I look at the sensitivity of the patient.I mentioned before there are three types of patients I see. Theres the normal people likeme and you most probably. They account probably for about 75 to 80 percent of people, andthese people dont usually have violent reactions to things that they take. They can take Bvitamins. They can take fish oils. They can take multivitamins, vitamin C; they can takeall sorts of things. Theyre not allergic to

pharmaceuticals. They dont generally reactto things quickly. They can generally find that they wont usually experience die off,and if they do, its very mild. The people who experience die off the mostare the ones who are sensitive and particularly what I call the supersensitive. The supersensitiveare people that react to everything in life. They can take one vitamin C tablet and feelsick for two days. They can take a B vitamin and they can have like a bad headache or notsleep for two or three days. Theyve got known allergies and reactions to multiple foods, chemicals, drugs, all sorts of things. If you know that youre very, very sensitive, then you need to be very, very careful if

youve got Candida because youre the personmost likely to experience the strongest reaction when you go on the correct course of treatment. The regular patient will not experience this unless they do something dumb like take 50antifungal tablets in one day, which some people do, by the way. Ive had some patientstake 30 to 60, even 90 tablets per day thinking that theyre going to get rid of it fast. Theresno real benefit to that. All youre going to do is make yourself feel sick. How do you know youre not experiencing an aggravation in terms of your diet? How doyou know youre not experiencing a withdrawal from caffeine or another food? Many peoplewho start on an antiCandida approach make

How to Cure Candida in 6 Steps

Hey, guys. Axe here, of functionalmedicine and founder of DrAxe . Today I'm going to share with you the exact diet, treatmentand supplements you need to take the clear Candida from your body. And this is what Ireally consider to be my SixStep Candida Cure Diet Protocol. And you're going to seeamazing results with this protocol. And let me say this first, what is Candida?Candida is the overgrowth of yeast and bad bacteria in your body and it can cause somemajor symptoms that you want to get rid of. And so some of the symptoms of Candida caninclude any type of fatigue issue. If you struggle with chronic fatigue or adrenal fatigue, those can be related to Candida.

Any type of leaky gut issue. Leaky gut isintestinal permeability, where proteins like gluten can leak through your gut and causeinflammation of your body. So if you have food sensitivities or if you have digestiveissues like gas and bloating, also if you have any problem related to the thyroid, thosecan be warning signs you have Candida. Also if you get yeast in your body. If younotice, let's say, yeast or whiteness on your tongue or if you ever get chronic yeast infectionsor coming down with the cold and flu often, those can be warning signs that you have Candida. And, of course, also with Candida any sort of other digestive issues, like irritablebowel syndrome or chronic diarrhea or constipation

or even acid reflux, those are warning signsthat you might have Candida. And last but not least, is a sluggish metabolism. If you aren't losing weight and burning fat like you know you should be, those are warningsigns you could have Candida, along with actually even bad breath and lack of detoxification. Those are some major warning signs. So here are the six things you need to do to eliminateCandida fast. Number one, you need to stop consuming somuch sugar. Now, I know that's obvious. That's something that I think most of us realizeis that sugar feeds yeast in your body. But again, you have got to get rid of processedsugar, fruit juices, any sort of added sugar

to any sort of product sweetener. Even mostpackaged products and fast foods are also high in sugar. Even things like pasta saucesand crackers, you'd be surprised, but sugar is added to almost everything. So again, eliminate especially the processedsugar out of your diet. As a replacement, I recommend using a little bit of Stevia, which is a nocalorie natural sweetener and then about one to three teaspoons a day ofmanuka honey. Okay? Those are the sweeteners you should be using if you have Candida. Number two. You need to eliminate grains fromyour diet. Why? Because grains turn into sugar

and they also tend to be more inflammatory. And so again, getting those grains out of your diet, especially wheat products and glutencontaininggrains, that's step number two. Instead, do a lot more vegetables and maybe some starchycarbs. Number three thing you have to do to clearCandida from you system, is support your spleen. Now, this is cuttingedge information thata lot of people don't realize. And this is a practice in Ancient China that is oftenused by acupuncturists today. But they have found that the number one cause of Candidais a weakened spleen. And so if you have spleen issues, and spleen is responsible for digestionof the body, producing red blood cells in

your system. And so the spleen is a very importantorgan. In order to support the spleen, there area couple things you need to do. But really the spleen is supported by starchy foods, especially squash, things like sweet potatoes, butternut squash, and also even doing certaintypes of beans like lentils and mung beans. So again, getting some of those good starchycarbs. And that's really where your sweetness shouldcome from. A little bit of butternut squash, acorn squash, foods like that that has thatmild sweetness. That's the only sweet you should be really getting in your diet. Again, with no processed sugar and, again, very low
