Why Your Bodys pH is The Secret to Your Vitality

And also the secretto preventing cancer. I have never tested my pH, so how do we do it? We're going todo it today, but first what is pH right? It stands for potential hydrogen and is basicallya measure of how acid or how alkaline we are, our biochemistry is. Our blood pH it neverever shifts, if it shifted out of this range, we would die, so that is not an option, sowhat we do is we test the pH of people's urine and saliva, to think how hard does your bodyworking just to keep you alive? So the ranges
are 4.57 and a half? That's basically thefull range, but your blood pH is 7.257.45. So you want to stay within that narrow windowwhen you're checking your pH that's then you know that your body doesn't work so hard tomaintain blood pH, because if it does it's going to leech more from the bones and donateit to the blood or the cause of osteoporosis right there. So the best way to boost up yourpH is if you're a little acidic, is actually my favorite thing to do and you love doingthis too, juicing! And then juicing, absolutely! So greens, lots of greens to boost up youralkalinity in your body. And all those gingerturmeric recipes that you have are some of the mostalkaline forming things that you can absolutely
do to start your day with. Yeah, like theturmeric elixir, right? Yeah, I love that. Cool. So let's do the test, how do we do it?Where do we get it? Okay, so you have to go to the health food store, and you have toget this pH strips and you can find them in any health food store in the supplement sectionand then what you do for six days same as the Candida test, is as soon as you wake upin the morning, you're going to put a strip in your mouth and you're going to test yourpH you keep it in your mouth for about three seconds and then let's pull it out and thenthere's a range here and you want to match it, Drew. fluorescently alkaline, okay? Hewalks his talk. So the other things that you
guys want to do is you want to check yourfirst and second morning urine, and the first morning urine starts at 5 am, and you wakeup, and you pee on a strip, you go back to sleep then the second morning urine is thesecond time, so that's, the urine is more accurate than saliva but it will just giveyou that marker and then you look at your results for over six days and that will giveyou the idea of where you are and where you need to go and how you need to shift yourdiet in life. Warning Signs That Youre Zinc Deficient
Hey guys, Axe here from draxe . Today,I'm going to share with you the five warning signs that you're zinc deficient. Zinc deficiencyis something that's very common and can cause a number of health issues. Let me say this as well, I estimate about75% of people out there today are deficient in zinc. Here are the five warning signs thatyou are zinc deficient. Also at the end of this tutorial I'll talk about my top five zincrichfoods you should be getting in and what to look for in a zinc supplement. Number one warning sign that you have a zincdeficiency is if you're immune compromised.
If you tend to get sick frequently, if youhave immune system issues, if you've ever come down with any sort of chronic allergiesor anything like that, that's a big warning sign that you are zinc deficient. So again, if you're immune compromised, ifyou get sick often or you're always that person that gets sick, that is a major warning sign.Also, if you've had any other disease related to immunodeficiency, that's a warning signyou're zinc deficient. Number two warning sign you're zinc deficientis if you have leaky gut. Leaky gut is a condition where proteins can leak through the gut andcause systemic inflammation, and that's also
relate to food allergies, thyroid problems,adrenal fatigue. But number two warning sign that you are zincdeficient is if you have leaky gut and you have malabsorption, you're not digesting yournutrients well. Number three warning sign you're zinc deficientis if you struggle with diarrhea, if you ever have loose stools. That's where, again, yourstools aren't firmly formed in the toilet. That's a big warning sign that you're zincdeficient. Also if you have inflammatory bowel disease,like irritable bowel syndrome, any of those issues whatsoever, even gas and bloating.Those are warning signs you are zinc deficient.
Number four warning sign is thinning hairor losing your hair. If you have thin hair or are losing your hair, zinc is an essentialmineral that really supports thicker hair growth and also just supports your body growingand repairing and healing. Number five warning sign you're zinc deficientis you have any sort of inflammatory skin issue, especially acne, eczema, dermatitis,or psoriasis. All of those are warning signs that you are zinc deficient. There are other warning signs, but I wantto talk about what people are most deficient in zinc and what causes a zinc deficiency.One of the biggest things that causes a zinc
deficiency is high levels of emotional stress. If you are emotionally stressed out, overtime your body has to utilize zinc and that mineral to heal and repair the body, to repairthe brain, to repair the skin, to repair your organs. Zinc is a reparative mineral thatactually is even critical for protein synthesis and utilization in your body. So if you havehad, let's say, a loss in the family or a very stressful job, and you're not sleepingenough, any of those things, that is a big cause of zinc deficiency. The second most common cause of zinc deficiencyis over exercise. Triathletes, marathon runners,
and CrossFit athletes are some of the peoplethat are most susceptible to a zinc deficiency. So again, if you work out a lot and maybeeven have overworked out in the past that can cause zinc deficiency. The third mostcommon reason you're zinc deficient is if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. Obviouslywhen you're eating for two that can cause mineral deficiencies, and so again, that cancause a zinc deficiency. Last but not least, typically aging womenor elderly, they tend to have malabsorption, so they don't absorb zinc well, so they tendto have a zinc deficiency as something that can happen. So if you're going to get morezinc in your diet, a few things need to happen.
