How to Cure an Ear Infection Fast

Hey guys, Axe here, of FunctionalMedicine and Nutritionist. Today, I'm going to share with you how to cure an ear infectionfast. I know ear infections, whether it be adults or more commonly in children, are somethingthat. We don't want children living with that pain, dealing with that issue, but we also want to be all natural in that treatment and reallyhelp support their body in healing in the correct way. There are four things you cando to help heal an ear infection fast, and there are four terrific home remedies thatyou want to consider. The first thing you want to do, and you wantto do internally in the ear, is doing garlic

oil. You can buy garlic oil at almost anyhealth food store. Garlic actually has natural antiviral properties, and the majority ofthe time when a child has an ear infection, it is a virus, not usually a bacteria. This is why antibiotics are completely ineffectiveagainst ear infections. In fact, if you go to your primary care physician and they recommendan antibiotic for an ear infection, I would consider if you should use that ornot. Because they really probably don't know whatthey're doing, unfortunately, because most ear infections are viral. Again, garlic oil,a few drops in the ear is an effective treatment.

The second thing you want to be doing is takingsomething called tea tree oil, also known as melaleuca, not putting that in the earbut rubbing it all around the outside of the ear. Tea tree oil has powerful antisepticproperties. It's been used for hundreds of years for the natural treatments of woundsand infections. Again, I would do tea tree oil a few drops. You can mix it with a little coconut oil as well. Rub it all over the ear and all aroundthe ear area. Tea tree oil, also known as melaleuca, is a very, very effective naturaltreatment. The third treatment is actually chiropracticcare. Chiropractic has been shown to be very,

very effective in the treatment of ear infections. What can happen is the spine can misalign in the upper neck, and that can actually affectthe way the body heals and those nerve signals getting from the brain to that area and justaffect the overall healing. We've actually seen. Bring your child toa wellness or a pediatric chiropractor. They can do a very light manual adjustment to thechild. Often sometimes they even just do some light tapping or use an instrument. That canactually heal an ear infection quickly as well. Last but not least, you've got to get to theroot cause of what is causing the ear infection

in the first place. One of the most commonthings is food sensitivities. If your child is allergic to gluten, to certain things likelactose or casein in dairy, to nuts, to citrus, to a load of things, that is actually oneof the biggest causes of ear infection today. What I would consider doing is getting yourchild what's called an I.G.G. food sensitivity test and actually getting them tested forfood allergies, food sensitivities, or food intolerances. That's one of the big thingsto look for. You can get those tests done. They're fairlyinexpensive. Or, if you don't want to do that, then just really watch and listen to theirbody. Notice if they're consuming certain

types of conventional cow's milk or glutenthat can cause the ear infections. But just in general for almost everybody outthere, if your child is getting ear infections, you should get them off gluten and off conventionalcow's milk. If they want to do a little bit of goat's milk yogurt, or something like that,or goat's cheese, most kids do fine with that form of dairy. Again, the conventional cow's milk, the glutenin grain products, those are probably the two biggest culprits when it comes to causingear infections. Again, remember those four things if you wantto help remedy your child's ear infections.

Jock Itch Causes Symptoms Treatment by Expert Eric Bakker

Hi there, Eric Bakker, naturopath, authorof Candida Crusher. Thank you for tuning into my tutorial today. Today, we're going to talk about men's yeastinfections, particularly jock itch or itch around the men's private parts, around thescrotum, around the penis, around those areas. This is a condition I see quite frequentlyin males. A condition that drives a lot of guys crazy. In fact, I've had two cases inthe last two days. One a 44yearold male not far from where I live here in New Zealandand another guy in his late 40s from Wellington, which is the capital of New Zealand. Bothof these cases are quite similar. This is

going to be quite an interesting tutorial, particularlyfor males who've got itch in their groin region and have had no resolution. Let's start with this 44yearold guy. It'squite an interesting case and many men will be able to relate to this in particular. Thisguy had an itch that started about a year ago, and it just started around his belt line. He's a hydraulic person, so he's an engineer that deals with hydraulics and repairing trucksand things like that. This guy went to his ; he had a bitof an itch around the belt line, which quickly spread to the groin region. The hada look at this skin rash and did a biopsy

and said, quot; You've got contact dermatitis.quot; He sent this man away with a bunch of creams. I've just made some case notes here. Thispatient came back to the in three weeks and the condition was not improved. So the patient got sent to a skin specialist, called a dermatologist. The patient then got told by the dermatologist it was scabies, which is a mite infection. Again, more creams were prescribed. And again, the same thing, patient came back to the specialist, wasn't going away with the creams, this time wentto another specialist. And this specialist said it was psoriasis.Quite interesting. This gave strong

drugs, steroids, which really knocked thepatient around quite a lot. The patient improved but wasn't interested in taking steroids andthe patient then went to another . This is number four now. And this said, quot; You've got a fungal skin rash.quot; Finally, we got the correct diagnosis. But what didthe do? He put this man on antibiotics, which I find quite interesting. Antibioticsare not something one would generally give for a fungal rash that he or she has diagnosedas a fungal rash. They will normally give an antifungal drug, but in this case, the decided to give a penicillin based antibiotic. And the condition exploded andnow it went all over his torso, upper back,

neck, around the ears, scalp, all over. I'll call him Gary. Gary said a few days afterstarting treatment, he had a shower and his whole body blew up in a terrible skin rash.Since then, he's been to about 14 different people. You're looking at a guy that's beento about 20 practitioners all up with no resolution. Interesting case. Upon examination of the patient, I had nodoubt in my mind that it's a Candida fungal skin infection of the groin and various partsof the body. I found it interesting that nobody offered Gary any advice regarding his dietand lifestyle. Even the natural practitioners

he went to offered only a small amount ofadvice here. My instruction to Gary was to wash the genitalregion, particularly, twice per day with a good tea tree oil based soap and also to usea watersoluble tea tree oil to wash the private area and to spot treat the tough areas withtea tree oil. This was to be done at least twice per day. I also recommended to Garyto go out and buy about 20 pairs of new cotton boxer shorts and to put on new underwear atleast twice per day. This is very important if you're a guy with a fungal yeast infectionis to maintain very good hygiene. Change your clothing often.
