Candida Toenail Fungus Pictures

Toenail Fungus Causes Symptoms and Natural Treatment

You may have seen some of my many tutorials onthe Candida Crusher YouTube channel. Today I'm going to talk about a different topic, which I haven't really covered much in the past. But I'm going to do a few of these tutorials, and it's regarding toenail fungus, so yeast infection of toenails. It's very, very common. It's a condition I very commonly see. In fact, I would easily say that half to three quartersof my patients have one or more nails, particularly toenails, with some kind of fungal infection. It's an extremely common condition. We see a lot of it in the western world, particularlypeople like myself who wear socks and shoes all the time, office workers.I've treated patients from many walks of life

for a long period of time, and the peopleI typically see with finger or toenail yeast infections are often people who work in dampor wet surroundings like chefs, cooks, gardeners, market gardeners, people who work in dairyfarms, they wear rubber boots all the time, cleaners in offices or hotels. These are peoplethat we commonly see having a yeast infection. When you think about it, yeast loves warmth. It loves darkness. It loves moisture. All these sort of environments which yeast reallythrive in, in the groin, the vaginal area, and the toenails.Toenail fungus is more common than fingernail fungus, although I do see quite a bit in peoplewith their fingernails as well. It's commonly

mistaken, in fact, for psoriasis of the nails. When, in fact, it's not psoriasis, it's actually a yeast infection. There are various kindsof species of yeast that live around the fingernail and under the fingernail.Let's look at some of the common causes of toenail fungus. I think the number one causeis people wearing sneakers and socks prolonged. Women wearing pantyhose or providing an environmentwhere this yeast can thrive. If you wear socks, you need to take them off regularly. If youcan walk barefoot in your office like me, I'm lucky. You wouldn't know, but I have barefeet. I like walking around barefoot in my office. If I'm seeing patients, naturally,I'll have socks and shoes on, but I try to

take my socks and shoes off most of the timeand just have bare feet or some leather sandals that I like to wear around the place for airingout the feet. Feet really like hands need to have lots of air flowing around them, somesunlight exposure. And this is why you're going to typically see more toenail fungusthan fingernail fungus. We don't often wear gloves on our hands. And if we do, we takethem off. But we wear socks for eight to ten hours a day all the time. This is a typicalcause or a contributing cause. Some of the leading causes we're going to see later reallyare more diet and stress related. Another one is clipping the toenails. Peoplewho tear the toenails, who cut them too short,

which leaves a small wound that allows bacteriaor fungus to get in there and start seeding more fungi around and under the nail. Andbefore you know it, you've got the beginning of a toenail infection. Remember, if you havegot a toenail infection, it's important to find the cause of it. And also try to understandit's not just affecting you locally with the toenail or a fingernail, it's affecting yousystemically, so it'll be internal. Topical treatments purely on the nail area waste of time. You're wasting your time just putting Lamisil on your toenail or tryingto treat the nail externally without looking at the internal contributing factors. Verysmart move if you do. Internal treatment and

external treatment because this is how you'regoing to really quot;nailquot; the nail infection. If you want to get rid of it permanently, you need to make changes on multiple levels. Treating it purely on a local level is prettystupid. You get rid of it for a while, but it'll usually come back again.Contrary to popular belief, you don't pick up toenail infection or tinea or yeast infectionsbetween the toes from locker rooms. A lot of people think if you walk around barefootaround a gym, you instantly get an infection involving a yeast that will grow tinea pedis,a tinea infection, around the feet or between the toes. It's not true. Many people walkaround barefoot in all areas around the world,

The 10 Signs Of Candida And How To Treat Them

Greetings. It's New Zealand naturopath, EricBakker. I'm author of Candida Crusher and formulator of the Canxida range of supplements. Thanks for checking out my tutorial. I've got a fan called prochessplayer. His name is Joshand Josh has asked me a few times now to do a tutorial called the 10 Signs of Candida andhow to treat them, so I'm going to have a go at this, Josh. Thanks for your ongoingsupport and I trust you'll get some good information out of this. I think Josh might live in Canada.I just got that feeling that he's a Canadian person judging from some of the comments Ireceived on YouTube. What I've done, Josh, is I've broken thisdown into different categories. I've got a

few gastrointestinal symptoms. I've got afew genital urinary symptoms, a few ear, nose and throat, a few skin ones and a few centralnervous systems. Because there are so many different signs and symptoms of Candida, I'mnot going to go into all of the different signs and symptoms of Candida. I'm just goingto really pick on 10 of the most common presentations that I would see in the , then I'm goingto explain a little bit about some of the best ways to treat these particular kindsof symptoms. Bear in mind that when you've got a yeastinfection, it's good, obviously, if it's a bad symptom to get symptom relief, but you'rebetter off really treating the condition as

a whole in terms of lifestyle and diet asI've explained in Candida Crusher. The quiz that we have created at yeastinfection also will give you a very good idea on how severe the yeast infection really is and itwill also show the different kinds of signs and symptoms as you grow through the screens.A lot of those signs and symptoms on that quiz I'm going to talk about here right nowon this tutorial. The first three signs and symptoms reallyrelate to gastrointestinal, so GI or gut issues tend to be some of the most common thingsthat people talk to me about when it comes to a yeast infection. Yeast tend to ferment. They love sugar. They cause fermentation and

that naturally causes bloating and gas, whichis probably one of the most common symptoms I hear people talking about is abdominal issues. It could be pain. It could be gas. It could be bloating. It could be farting. It couldbe lots of burping. We get that occasionally with people if they tend to get a lot of yeastin the upper part of the gut. Yeast can also thrive in the stomach, the small intestine, the large intestine, in the junction between the small and large intestine. Yeast havebeen known to flourish throughout the digestive system, so it's quite a fallacy to believethat they just live in the colon or the large intestine. They can live anywhere in the gut. They'll thrive anywhere. Especially if they

find a good sugar source or a nutrient sourceand a lack of opposing beneficial bacteria. Lots of gas and bloating is number one. Agood way obviously to treat that is to cut back immediately on the kind of foods thatcan promote gas and bloating, so sugars in your diet, fruits in your diet, take awayfood in your diet. In the Candida Crusher book, I talk about the sevenday inductiondiet before you actually start going into and get serious with the threestage CandidaCrusher diet will try to do what I call quot;warm turkey.quot; That's very appropriate coming outof Christmas to talk about the warm turkeys. Cold turkey is not that pleasant. Cold turkeymeans you stop things right away. Warm turkey

means that you have a sevenday period ofgrace before you cut the crap out of your diet, so just gently over a sevenday periodtake foods out. Swap over to a fresh, clean kind of a diet. That's what I call the quot;warmturkeyquot; approach and that immediately is going to help cut back on gas and bloating. What about if you have gas and bloating now and you've got a perfect diet? Well, you mightwant to take some digestive enzymes and some probiotics. I've created a product calledCanxida Restore, which is perfect for gas and bloating. So the Canxida Restore productyou can get at Canxida . You would take two or three of these per day and that's goingto help significantly with the gas and bloating
