I really appreciate all myloyal fans, patients, people that I know, practitioners, s, naturopaths, chiropractors, there are a lot of people now who look at my tutorials, and I really appreciate you checkingout my channel. I've got a question here from a young guyin Canada and his name is Josh. His name on YouTube is ProChessPlayer. Josh has been lookingat a lot of my tutorials for some time. Thank you for your email, Josh. I really appreciateyour email and also thank you so much for

giving me the awesome feedback on my Canxidarange of products that you've been using on yourself and also on your mom there for awhile. Thank you. Josh's question relates basically to Candida,of course, and it is, can you explain the top 10 reasons why people don't recover orfail on the Candida diet. The 10 reasons why people don't fully recover on it. I've donea tutorial here and I've come up with 10 reasons and I'm sure there are 100 reasons, but theseare 10 common ones I see in my that relate to patients. Let's just start off.Number one. Thinking one little drink won't do too much harm. This is something I hearfrom a lot of people. If you've got a problem

drinking, but if you drink quite regularlyand you want to cut out, you need to bear in mind that alcohol has a very powerful effecton the digestive system. In fact, I believe that if people are serious about recoveringfrom any kind of Candida, regardless whether it's a vaginal yeast infection or jock itchor a skin problem, tinea, they may have toenail fungus, whatever kind of a yeast infectionyou've got. Even more so if you've got SIBO, like small intestinal bowel overgrowth. Ifyou've got bloating, gas, IBS, IBD, constipation, no matter what kind of gut problem you'vegot. If you're not prepared to cut out drinking entirely for at least six months, it's justisn't going to happen. You're not going to

recover.I couldn't give a hoot what any says, any professor says, what any book says, orwhat any Google says. I couldn't give a hoot. And why wouldn't I give a hoot? Because Isee patients in my every day now for nearly 30 years with these kind of problems. And I also see that they just don't recover fully unless they're committed to cuttingout alcohol entirely for a long period of time. So the longer you've been sick, themore you've got to understand this concept that you need to make a permanent, longtermchange in your diet and your lifestyle, particularly. Think about why you want that drink. How youhave the drink. Under what circumstances.

How often? The quantity. All those sort ofthings you need to think about. If you're really committed to good health, as they say,if you don't make time for health now, make sure you have plenty of time for sicknessdown the track. So now is the time to decide that one little drink is not a good idea ifyou want to recover. And the danger is when you partially recoverand you're starting to think, quot;Oh, I'm not feeling too bad. I might just go down theroad and have a beer.quot; Or your friends will call you up. They've got a barbecue on orthere's a party coming on and you turn up at the party and there's wine all around theplace, bourbon and coca cola and all this

sort of junk. And all of a sudden, someonegives you a glass. So if you're in my room now and I gave you a glass of alcohol rightnow, you're going to look at it and think, quot;Mmmm, I might have a sip of this.quot; And that'show easy it is. It's very easy to drink alcohol. It's very easy to drink alcohol when you'restarting to feel good. And of course, on the road to recovery, that's when it often occurs. So be very careful and be fully committed to a full recovery, which means strict adherence,no alcohol, and not until you feel well. But until you feel well to the point where youknow inside there's a big chance you're not going to aggravate. And the last thing I'll leave you with with

Candida Cleanse How To Do A Proper Candida Cleanse Get Rid of Candida Overgrowth

Greetings. It's New Zealand naturopath, EricBakker, author of Candida Crusher and formulator of the Canxida range of dietary supplements. Thanks for tuning in today. I've been asked by many people in severalcountries to do a tutorial on how to do a Candida cleanse. What's the best way to rid my bodyof a yeast infection? How can I clean up my system? How can I get rid of bacteria andparasites? How can I get rid of Candida? That's what we're going to talk about today. I'mgoing to put quite a few elements together for this tutorial, and I think you're going tofind it quite informative. It will be a tutorial you may want to watch once or twice becausethere will be quite a lot of information here

for you to take in.There are essentially three elements to a Candida cleanse. If you want to do it properly, there are three main categories that we're going to talk about. Category 1 is the diet, what to eat, what to avoid and special foods. Category 2 is the lifestyle, and Category3 is what are the best kind of supplements to take. Let's just go through that step bystep and explain to you a little bit about what I think is the best kind of Candida cleanseto do. You may be familiar with my website, yeastinfection .If not, please go and have a look at that website. And if you haven't already done myonline questionnaire, I would urge you to

do that to see what kind of level of Candidayou've got. If you've got mild, moderate or severe. Thousands of people have already completedthis online quiz, and I could easily say it's the world's best online quiz for yeast infection. It cost me a hell of a lot of time and investment to create this quiz, and I think it's thebest one around. So if you haven't already completed it, please go to yeastinfection and complete that quiz. Let's talk about the diet as being the firststep. Before we go into taking you off of all kinds of foods and saying, quot; You can'tdo this and you can't do that, quot; the first thing I like to do is to put a person on areally basic Candida cleanse. Usually for

the first 14 days, I get people to clean uptheir act, for want of a better word. And that 14day period, I call it the quot;warm turkeyquot;period. Cold turkey means you take everything away from people, but warm turkey means youhave a softer approach. For 14 days, we're going to get you to be aware of everythingyou're eating and drinking. And in that 14day period, I want you to stop all alcohol. Iwant you to cut caffeine down to one or two cups per day max, and generally, a cup ofcoffee or tea in the morning is okay, providing you don't put sugar in it. Those sorts ofdrinks are usually okay. In that 14day period, you're going to havea good look at what kind of takeaway or junk

food you eat. What kind of processed foodsyou eat. You're going to look into your refrigerator and try to get rid of all those bottles andjars with different sauces. Often they contain sugars, molds, and all kinds of crap in them. Many people I know have got containers in their cupboard or refrigerator. There couldbe jars of jam in there or all sorts of sauces, shrimp sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce. Theyall need to go. Because on a Candida diet, they're not really good foods to have. That14day period is when you're going to make the switch from eating the notsogood foodsto eating a better kind of food, and I think it makes a lot of sense. In my experience,it's not good just to plunge people into an

average, standard diet and then into a Candidadiet. You need to have a transition period. That's the twoweek period. You'll be ableto read more about that at yeastinfection about that transition period that is veryimportant to do. Once you've gone through that transition period,it's time to look at what I call the MEVY diet. The MEVY diet has been around for along time now, probably about 40 years. In fact, these sorts of diets have been aroundbefore the word quot;paleoquot; diet was invented. These are high protein diets. Candida lovessugar, so of course, the big thing that we want to do is take sugar out of the diet.Yeast need sugar to thrive, and the PaleoMEVY
