Any type of leaky gut issue. Leaky gut isintestinal permeability, where proteins like gluten can leak through your gut and causeinflammation of your body. So if you have food sensitivities or if you have digestiveissues like gas and bloating, also if you have any problem related to the thyroid, thosecan be warning signs you have Candida. Also if you get yeast in your body. If younotice, let's say, yeast or whiteness on your tongue or if you ever get chronic yeast infectionsor coming down with the cold and flu often, those can be warning signs that you have Candida.And, of course, also with Candida any sort of other digestive issues, like irritablebowel syndrome or chronic diarrhea or constipation

or even acid reflux, those are warning signsthat you might have Candida. So here are the six things you need to do to eliminateCandida fast. Number one, you need to stop consuming somuch sugar. Now, I know that's obvious. That's something that I think most of us realizeis that sugar feeds yeast in your body. But again, you have got to get rid of processedsugar, fruit juices, any sort of added sugar

to any sort of product sweetener. Even mostpackaged products and fast foods are also high in sugar. Even things like pasta saucesand crackers, you'd be surprised, but sugar is added to almost everything. So again, eliminate especially the processedsugar out of your diet. As a replacement, I recommend using a little bit of Stevia,which is a nocalorie natural sweetener and then about one to three teaspoons a day ofmanuka honey. Okay? Those are the sweeteners you should be using if you have Candida. Number two. You need to eliminate grains fromyour diet. Why? Because grains turn into sugar

and they also tend to be more inflammatory.And so again, getting those grains out of your diet, especially wheat products and glutencontaininggrains, that's step number two. Instead, do a lot more vegetables and maybe some starchycarbs. Number three thing you have to do to clearCandida from you system, is support your spleen. Thank you for checking out my tutorial. I'm goingto talk about coconut oil today. Coconut oil has become very popular, almost a trend likePaleo diets and low carb diets. It was popular particularly because of a book written bya guy called Bruce Fife from 2005. I think it was called quot;Coconut Cure: The Preventionand Treatment of Common Ailments Using Coconut.quot; Fife did many people a huge favor by publishingthis book. When you think about 2005, well, it's 2015, it's only 10 years ago and coconuthas become really a household name with many, many people.I can remember recommending coconut back in the �80s and �90s and people thought Iwas nuts. Recommending coconut oil. It's a

saturated fat. It's going to create heartdisease. How stupid recommending this for people. One had a strong disagreementwith me saying, quot;You're nuts giving people coconut oil. You'll get heart disease, heartattacks from it. It causes cancer and bowel problems.quot; And I've discovered this same now many years later is recommending coconut oil, funny how things turn right around. Finally,coconut has been vindicated. Finally now we're seeing it really now as a health food, whereit should be. Coconut oil really is a saturated fat, butit's not an animal, it's a plantbased saturated fat. It's medium chain triglycerides. It containslarge amounts of fatty acids like lauric acid

and Caprylic acid, and these fatty acids havevery good antifungal properties. There's lot of research from many different countriesaround the world now, from England, from American, from Nigeria, from Singapore, all that validatethis as being a very good product to use for fungus, but it also has shown to have antibacterialproperties. Make sure, when you get coconut oil that youdon't get one that's been processed, particularly hydrogenated. A lot of cookies and cheap crappyproducts you'll buy in the supermarket will contain fractioned or very heated up coconutoil, and that itself is very dangerous because you can get a lot of free radical damage.The membranes of the cells are made up of

fats, and when you consume too many of thesehydrogenated fats or fats that have been superheated, you can damage the cell membranes of yourcells. Having a virgin coconut oil, one that's been minimally processed and minimally damaged,you're going to do your body a lot of good taking this product in. There are far toomany properties about coconut oil for me to talk about on this tutorial, but all I can sayto you is make sure that you get a really good quality coldpressed or virgin coconutoil that's minimally processed. Both Bruce Fife, as well as WilliamCrook, who wrote the quot;The Yeast Connectionquot; in the 80s, both of these s recommendedyou start with a small amount of coconut oil

when you consume it. So start maybe with ateaspoon per day and gradually build up until you can take up to three tablespoons per dayand you watch what happens. People with severe Candida may get quite ill if they increasethe dosage too soon. If you've got major jock itch or major vaginal thrush, major intestinalbloating and gas, lots of skin problems, lots of brain fog, please start slowly on a teaspoonper day for two to three weeks. Gradually build up in that two to three week perioduntil you can take a tablespoon per day. When you can hit a tablespoon per day in say twoor three weeks, then you can slowly increase until you can hit two tablespoons per day.Don't be in a hurry. That's what I'm trying

to say to you. Take your time.Coconut oil is also wonderful to use around the private areas for a lubricant. I recommendpeople massage it around their feet, even in their scalp, around their ears. It'snice in smoothies, too. With some pure vanilla essence and some blueberries, you put a bitof coconut oil in there. You can use it in coconut flour in cooking.
