A Yeast Infection Left Untreated

How to Cure Candida in 6 Steps

Hey, guys. Axe here, of functionalmedicine and founder of DrAxe . Today I'm going to share with you the exact diet, treatmentand supplements you need to take the clear Candida from your body. And this is what Ireally consider to be my SixStep Candida Cure Diet Protocol. And you're going to seeamazing results with this protocol. And let me say this first, what is Candida?Candida is the overgrowth of yeast and bad bacteria in your body and it can cause somemajor symptoms that you want to get rid of. And so some of the symptoms of Candida caninclude any type of fatigue issue. If you struggle with chronic fatigue or adrenal fatigue, those can be related to Candida.

Any type of leaky gut issue. Leaky gut isintestinal permeability, where proteins like gluten can leak through your gut and causeinflammation of your body. So if you have food sensitivities or if you have digestiveissues like gas and bloating, also if you have any problem related to the thyroid, thosecan be warning signs you have Candida. Also if you get yeast in your body. If younotice, let's say, yeast or whiteness on your tongue or if you ever get chronic yeast infectionsor coming down with the cold and flu often, those can be warning signs that you have Candida. And, of course, also with Candida any sort of other digestive issues, like irritablebowel syndrome or chronic diarrhea or constipation

or even acid reflux, those are warning signsthat you might have Candida. And last but not least, is a sluggish metabolism. If you aren't losing weight and burning fat like you know you should be, those are warningsigns you could have Candida, along with actually even bad breath and lack of detoxification. Those are some major warning signs. So here are the six things you need to do to eliminateCandida fast. Number one, you need to stop consuming somuch sugar. Now, I know that's obvious. That's something that I think most of us realizeis that sugar feeds yeast in your body. But again, you have got to get rid of processedsugar, fruit juices, any sort of added sugar

to any sort of product sweetener. Even mostpackaged products and fast foods are also high in sugar. Even things like pasta saucesand crackers, you'd be surprised, but sugar is added to almost everything. So again, eliminate especially the processedsugar out of your diet. As a replacement, I recommend using a little bit of Stevia, which is a nocalorie natural sweetener and then about one to three teaspoons a day ofmanuka honey. Okay? Those are the sweeteners you should be using if you have Candida. Number two. You need to eliminate grains fromyour diet. Why? Because grains turn into sugar

and they also tend to be more inflammatory. And so again, getting those grains out of your diet, especially wheat products and glutencontaininggrains, that's step number two. Instead, do a lot more vegetables and maybe some starchycarbs. Number three thing you have to do to clearCandida from you system, is support your spleen. Now, this is cuttingedge information thata lot of people don't realize. And this is a practice in Ancient China that is oftenused by acupuncturists today. But they have found that the number one cause of Candidais a weakened spleen. And so if you have spleen issues, and spleen is responsible for digestionof the body, producing red blood cells in

your system. And so the spleen is a very importantorgan. In order to support the spleen, there area couple things you need to do. But really the spleen is supported by starchy foods, especially squash, things like sweet potatoes, butternut squash, and also even doing certaintypes of beans like lentils and mung beans. So again, getting some of those good starchycarbs. And that's really where your sweetness shouldcome from. A little bit of butternut squash, acorn squash, foods like that that has thatmild sweetness. That's the only sweet you should be really getting in your diet. Again, with no processed sugar and, again, very low

What Are The Consequences Of A Chronic Yeast Infection When Left Untreated

Hi there, Eric Bakker, naturopath, FAQ. Thisone's from a lady in France, in some small place in France. It looks like a French name. The question here is Eric, what are the consequencesof a longterm chronic yeast infection if left untreated? I may have done a tutorial on this before. I'mnot sure. But the consequences of any condition left untreated are not usually that good. This is going to allow all sorts of disease processes to take place. So if you look at a yeast infection, for example,if left untreated, a yeast infection could

turn out to be a chronic problem, which canlead to all sorts of longterm complications. Just like any infection of the genital tract,it needs prompt attention and it needs a resolution. It's important first to diagnose what you'redealing with, and after what you know what you're dealing with, treat it and get it overand done with. Any condition in the body left to become chronic is asking for a lot of problems. You know, they say that yeast infections areselflimiting, but even the experts can't agree whether a yeast infection of the femalearea is going to lead to infertility or conditions like endometriosis. We don't really know.A lot of people are divided over that. But

in my al experience, I've certainlyseen it be the link between infertility, endometriosis and chronic yeast infections, which are basicallyjust treated time and again, only to resurface. And it's the same with the male. If a maleget a penis yeast infection or a genital condition, it would pay to treat this condition because, again, it could lead to all sorts of complications. And I've certainly seen chronic prostatitislinked with male yeast infections. Intestinal yeast infections can lead to allsorts of complications for the gut. Liver disorders, diabetes, many different conditionscan come about from this. It can be very debilitating and cause you a lot of discomfort, pain andcost you a lot of money down the track in

medical bills and time off work. So it wouldpay for you to treat any chronic condition promptly rather than waiting for it to getout of hand and become very chronic. Yeast infections can often go from the digestivetract into the system itself, into the circulation. There's certainly studies which agree thatthis can take place. I wrote up one of these particular studies in my book of an Americangentleman who swallowed some capsules of Candida albicans and within only a few hours, it couldbe cultured from his bloodstream and produced from the urine. So we know that yeast infectionscan spread from the GI tract into the circulation itself quite rapidly, even under the rightconditions.

So Candida is generally held in strict controlin the body in accordance with the microbial balance which is occurring in the GI tract. But if Candida is given the upper hand through antibiotics or the pill or high stress, highsugar diets, for example, it can go rampant and become quite a severe major conditionwhich certainly needs treatment. So my recommendation for you is if you'vegot a chronic infection is certainly get onto it today rather than tomorrow and do somethingabout it, so it doesn't become a condition which is unmanageable even by the very bestian. Any condition is best treated right now and nipped in the bud before it gets outof hand and becomes chronic.

So I hope that answers the question thereabout the consequences of longterm chronic yeast infections if left untreated.

Can A Yeast Infection Turn Into A Urinary Tract Infection If Left Untreated

Good day, Eric Bakker again, naturopath, withanother frequently asked question for Candida Crusher. Can a yeast infection turn into a urinarytract infection if left untreated? Well, yeast infections can predispose youto many different types of infections. They, in turn, are there because of poor or compromisedimmunity and, in turn, can further compromise your lowered immunity and predispose you toa UTI or urinary tract infection. Urinary tract infections are common for certaintypes of people. Elderly women, I find, have more, but many women suffer from recurringUTIs as well, particularly younger women who

often have these. UTIS can come about throughincreased sexual activity, but also infrequent emptying or bladder issues. Lowered immunityor compromised immunity is a key reason why people would have a UTI. So drinking plentyof water is a clever idea and boosting immunity up. Coming back to that question again, can aUTI be there because of a yeast infection? It can be because of the predisposing factor, but yeast infections don't generally cause UTIs as such, but they can develop out ofyeast infections. So basically the smart thing to do if youhave got a UTI is to improve your immune health

and your urinary health and I'll be coveringmore details in further FAQs on UTIs to give you some very good ideas on how you can overcomea urinary tract infection. These are things that you can get on top of. So I hope that answers your question in aroundabout way. Thank you.
