How To CURE Your Yeast Infection In ONE DAY
Hi there, Eric Bakker, naturopath. I'm going to do a tutorial today on how to cureCandida in 24 hours. How you can get rid of your yeast infection completely in one dayand be fully cured and healed and never get it back again, zero. What do you think aboutthat? Well, I just spent a good hour on YouTubehaving a look at a whole array of different YouTube tutorials by experts in Candida. Andone particular person claims you can cure Candida 100 percent in one week; every caseof Candida can be cured by following a 100 percent vegan diet. All you've got to do iseat lots and lots of fruit, nothing but fruit;
you avoid all animal proteins completely,no meat at all, no eggs, no fish, no chicken, no beef, absolutely no animal food. Just eatnothing but fruit and within one week, it's fully cured because all animal foods containfats, which line your arteries and keep sugar in your blood, which allows Candida to feedoff. What a load of crap! I just can't really buy a lot of this stuff that people come upwith. I'm telling you folks, there's so much bologna on line. There's another man I saw on a YouTube clip.He said, You can drink alcohol with a yeast infection. There's nothing wrong with Vodkaor Gin. Neutral spirits are fine. Just avoid
other things like Whiskey and Bourbon andbeer, but Vodka and Gin are fine to drink with a yeast infection. Now, if you're going to watch these sortsof clips and believe them, you're going to be a real fool and a sucker for punishment. Some of these tutorials have had 20,000 or 30,000 views in 30 days, which shows me that a lotof people maybe are falling for this sort of crap. I really hope you don't fall forthis absolute nonsense. Think about it logically, eating lots of fruit, 15 pieces of fruit aday, loaded with sucrose and fructose. What are you doing to your gut?
Now, this particular person's about 20 yearsold and quite a fanatical vegan no doubt like a lot of vegans are. But I'd like to see thisparticular person when she's 50 like me to see what she looks like; if she's still bubblyand bright and bouncing around and all happy. She could be a big ball of lard at that stage;we don't really know what she's going to look like. I'm not here to criticize her, but I'm goingto tell you that these sorts of approaches are absolute garbage. You know they may workfor 6 months or 12 months. They may work for her, but if you're going to try this approachwith a seriously bad yeast infection and just
eat fruit all day, how do you think you'regoing to feel? Within a couple of years, you're going to be B12 deficient, you're going tobe Iron deficient, you're going to get fatigued and tired, you'll have recurring infections, you'll have blood sugar problems, and you're going to feel pretty sick. I want you to takemy advice and don't follow these sorts of ridiculous radical approaches. My approach makes a lot more sense and isbased on the work done by a naturopath and medical many years ago. Trowbridge; Trowbridge's MEVI approach makes common sense to me. Eggs, vegetables, meats, yogurt, cultured fermented foods, nuts and seeds,
a wide range of different foods obviouslytailored to suit a specific person. Now I'm not here to argue the merits of veganism orvegetarianism versus eating meat in the diet, but I've been through a strict stage in mylife where I've avoided all that or more, proteins, completely for a while and I feltgreat. But then after a while, I didn't feel great until I incorporated protein back intomy diet from an animal source. I'll do some YouTube clips outlining the importanceof animal proteins in your diet, which I believe are very important. But it's up to you todecide what way you're going to get your protein sources from. You may want to get them fromvegetable sources or legume sources or nuts
Is Triphala Good For Candida
Greetings. Eric Bakker back again. Naturopathfrom New Zealand. Thanks for tuning in. We're going to talk about Triphala today. Triphalabasically is a composition of three different herbs and its very popular in Ayurveda medicine.I'm a huge fan of Ayurveda medicine, even though I don't understand anything about it,I think it's wonderful. It's a tradition that goes back a long, long time ago. If you lookat Vedic scriptures, potentially 10,000 to 20,000 years, probably more 40,000 years,so a long, long time. Indian medicine in my mind is very powerfulwhen used. If you look at the Tridosha. The Tridosha I think they call it. You have tolook at Vata Kapha Pitta constitution. It's
a little bit like traditional Chinese medicine. You need to understand the mindset and also how the Chinese or the Ayurveda willthink. So it's basically a very powerful functioning system of medicine that works on quite a highlevel. I think Triphala is an excellent product touse for digestion in general. So there are three different herbs that make it up andthey've got funny names. I'm just reading my computer screen. Haritaki, Bibhitaki, andAmalaki. Two of these plants belong to the Terminalia family. I think that this mixturein my mind in Indian is a little bit to Europe what the equivalent is of Swedish bitter,so this is a bitter herb. This is a bitter
formation, so it improves digestion and relievesconstipation. It increases uptake of nutrients into the body from the diet. It will improvethe stomach, the small intestine, the gall bladder, the liver and the colon, so it hasa very cleansing and gentle purgative and laxative effect on the whole gut.Triphala can be used to maintain very good digestive tone on a long term basis. It canalso be used particularly effective at the beginning of a Candida diet as a cleanse andpurgator, so you can use this as part of what I call quot;the big clean up.quot; It's like whenyou buy property and the place has been trashed, you going to get in there, you're going todo a big cleanup. You're going to tidy the
whole garden up. You're going to get rid ofall the junk. You're going to get one of those skips in or dumpster or whatever you callthem, and you're going to fill it up with crap. You're going to get rid of it. That'sthe first stage. In your mind, that's the bowel purge, that's the cleanse. That's whatTriphala can do. But Triphala can also be gentle, too. It canbe something that you're going to do a final clean up with. So when you're using a clothor a rag or a broom to sweep up stuff. You've done all the big dumping. Now you're goingto do the polishing. Triphala can be used in smaller doses to do that as well. I totallyendorse Triphala. When you start this wonderful
product, you need to go very slow to startwith. Don't just jump right into a big cleanse. When I call it quot;the big clean up,quot; I don'tmean the big stuff up. So don't be stupid and jump right into it very quickly.Gentle to start with, especially if you've had a life of eating McDonalds, drinking sodas, drinking lots of beer all the time and you want to clean up your act, you need to juststart gently and gently and gradually work into a heavier cleanse and then quot;kapowquot; wedo the big cleanse. And then I'd also like you to check out my tutorial on liver cleansing, the gall bladder flush and the kidney cleanse. Check all those out, too. They're an importantpart of getting the body up to quite a high
spec. Triphala certainly is a wonderful productthat I fully endorse. There you go. Do I like Triphala? Yes, I do.I think it's great. Don't forget to click on the link below if you haven't already gotmy Candida report and please subscribe. Thanks for tuning in.
What Is The Best Diet To Treat Helicobacter Pylori
Greetings. Welcome back. It's Eric Bakker, naturopath from New Zealand, author of Candida Crusher and formulator of the Canxida rangeof dietary supplements. This is another tutorial in this series of helicobacter. We just didone previously on helicobacter treatment. How to treat naturally. We've done other tutorialson how to prevent getting it, risk factors, testing, diagnosing, the causes, all thatsort of stuff, so this is a whole series on H. pylori. If you just come in and watch thetutorial, please be sure to watch the other tutorials as well.We spoke briefly about the diet in the previous tutorial, natural treatment. I've just spenta good half an hour looking at different blog
sites on helicobacter treatment, the bestdiet, and some of the information I've seen is just crap. It's just absolute junk. I don'tknow how people can put this stuff up on the internet. One website actually said it's perfectlyokay to drink a little bit of beer if you've got helicobacter. Another website said thatyou can eat copious amounts of fruits. Is it any wonder people get all screwed up andthey come to me and they read all this ridiculous advice? There are so many people out therewho think they know about helicobacter, but how many patients have they actually treatedwith this condition. How many people have they spoken to who actually treat this conditionfor 3040 years, a long time?
Some of the colleagues I have, have been treatinghelicobacter since the moment it was discovered, right back in the 80s and they've beenlooking at the best ways of eradicating it. The information I'm going to share with youon this tutorial is quite important and it's based on my experience with helicobacter forover 20 years. But also experiences that I have learned and knowledge I've gained frompeople that have been in the business a lot longer than me.There is no clearly defined diet for helicobacter pylori. Let's just get that right at the start. There is no like magic diet that's going to cure it. As I mentioned over and again inmy previous tutorials, you will not cure helicobacter
with a pill alone. You need to work with adiet plan, so you need to eat certain kinds of foods that are conducive towards buildingyou up. The most important thing that I explain at the beginning is with helicobacter foodor choices. You need to obviously avoid the foods that are aggravating you the most. Thefoods that make you feel sick in any way, you need to push them aside, and I want youto be intelligent about this. In fact, get a piece of paper and write all the foods youlike to eat on a list. A pad like this, you write down all the foodshere. Write them all down. And then what you doall the foods, cucumber, Budweiser beer,Hersey's chocolate, Xanax pills, I'm being
facetious here, Kentucky Fried Chicken. Ifyou do like treats or naughty foods or take away or anything like that, just write thatall down, too. Every single thing that you eat. It's good if you can break down intodifferent vegetables as well. You should only come up maybe with one or two pieces of paper. What you do then is a column on the right, you draw a line down it. And then what youneed to do is write 1, 2 or 3 in that column by each food. For example, 1 means you'refine with that food; 2 means it might give you a little bit of trouble; 3 means thatquot;Wow, I can't touch this. I'm getting a lot of problems with this food.quot;Garlic, for example, could make you feel like
a 3 and feel terrible. Cucumber could makeyou feel like a 3. Bell peppers or capsaicin could make you feel like a 3. Potatoes couldmake you feel like a 1, no problem. This is a very smart thing to do. Very smart. Becauseif you put the date on this and put all the foods down and grade them on severity on howthey make you feel from 1 to 3, any way you want to grade, 1 through 10. I don't carehow you grade it. This is smart because now you've got a baseline. Now you know how yourdiet or the foods that you're eating are affecting you. Because what you're going to find outin 6 or 12 months from now with treatment is it won't be the same. Some of the foodsthat are making you feel like crap, in six
