How to Cure Candida in 6 Steps

And let me say this first, what is Candida?Candida is the overgrowth of yeast and bad bacteria in your body and it can cause somemajor symptoms that you want to get rid of. And so some of the symptoms of Candida caninclude any type of fatigue issue. If you struggle with chronic fatigue or adrenal fatigue,those can be related to Candida.
Any type of leaky gut issue. Leaky gut isintestinal permeability, where proteins like gluten can leak through your gut and causeinflammation of your body. So if you have food sensitivities or if you have digestiveissues like gas and bloating, also if you have any problem related to the thyroid, thosecan be warning signs you have Candida. Also if you get yeast in your body. If younotice, let's say, yeast or whiteness on your tongue or if you ever get chronic yeast infectionsor coming down with the cold and flu often, those can be warning signs that you have Candida.And, of course, also with Candida any sort of other digestive issues, like irritablebowel syndrome or chronic diarrhea or constipation
or even acid reflux, those are warning signsthat you might have Candida. And last but not least, is a sluggish metabolism.If you aren't losing weight and burning fat like you know you should be, those are warningsigns you could have Candida, along with actually even bad breath and lack of detoxification.Those are some major warning signs. So here are the six things you need to do to eliminateCandida fast. Number one, you need to stop consuming somuch sugar. Now, I know that's obvious. That's something that I think most of us realizeis that sugar feeds yeast in your body. But again, you have got to get rid of processedsugar, fruit juices, any sort of added sugar
to any sort of product sweetener. Even mostpackaged products and fast foods are also high in sugar. Even things like pasta saucesand crackers, you'd be surprised, but sugar is added to almost everything. So again, eliminate especially the processedsugar out of your diet. As a replacement, I recommend using a little bit of Stevia,which is a nocalorie natural sweetener and then about one to three teaspoons a day ofmanuka honey. Okay? Those are the sweeteners you should be using if you have Candida. Number two. You need to eliminate grains fromyour diet. Why? Because grains turn into sugar
and they also tend to be more inflammatory.And so again, getting those grains out of your diet, especially wheat products and glutencontaininggrains, that's step number two. Instead, do a lot more vegetables and maybe some starchycarbs. Number three thing you have to do to clearCandida from you system, is support your spleen. Now, this is cuttingedge information thata lot of people don't realize. And this is a practice in Ancient China that is oftenused by acupuncturists today. But they have found that the number one cause of Candidais a weakened spleen. And so if you have spleen issues, and spleen is responsible for digestionof the body, producing red blood cells in
your system. And so the spleen is a very importantorgan. In order to support the spleen, there area couple things you need to do. But really the spleen is supported by starchy foods,especially squash, things like sweet potatoes, butternut squash, and also even doing certaintypes of beans like lentils and mung beans. So again, getting some of those good starchycarbs. And that's really where your sweetness shouldcome from. A little bit of butternut squash, acorn squash, foods like that that has thatmild sweetness. What Grains Can I eat On A Candida Diet

I get so many questions asking me if theycan get oats, millet, quinoa, brown rice, white rice, all these sorts of things. I get them all the time.
Now, I just looked at a website. Quite a wellknown Candida website. Not my website and I found this informationI'm going to read out to you, which I think is a load of crap and I get quite upset whenI read these sort of things because they're actually giving people misinformation. But this is the kind of information that'sout there. This is the kind of information that is beingput together by people who never see any patients. This is the kind of information put togetherby people who are just pushing pills and some
kind of products or books or something withoutever dialoging with people or seeing cause and effect. This is their own personal opinion. It's not based on any fact or anything. Some diets will tell you that you can eatspecifically brown rice but not white rice. Where other diets say no grains at all. No matter what rice you eat, the fact remainsthat rice is pure starch and starch equals sugar that will break down in your intestine.
This equals food that Candida survives on. I can tell you now that's a load of crap. I've seen many, many patients fully recovereating brown rice, so you can't blatantly say that everybody who has got a yeast infectionneeds to strictly avoid all rice. It is simply not true. It's all about test and measure. Some people can't tolerate rice. Some people have got no problem toleratingbrown rice at all.
I've even got some people that can tolerateeating white rice, long grain rice, basmati rice. It's something that you need to experimentwith yourself. Be careful of Google. Most Candida diets list millet, quinoa orsometimes both as being acceptable foods for a Candida diet. Millet and quinoa are both grains and allgrains break into carbohydrates and their digested by the intestines.
All carbs are converted into glucose. Glucose is a simple sugar that will feed Candida. Wrong, wrong, wrong again, my friend. Many people can eat millet and quinoa on aCandida diet successfully. Soy tends to men and women asthey get a little bit older. I was just going to read something out of my Candida Crusherbook here. People with the longest lifespan on earthcurrently live in Okinawa, Japan and they consume on average of 60 to 120 grams of soyprotein every day. Okinawans have up to 80 percent less cancer and heart disease thanwesterners. Chinese people eat on average 30 to 50 grams of soy protein daily. In Japanand China where the highest soy consumption
appears to have no fertility issues at all.A lot of people say soy can create infertility. It's not true.Soy is bad for my thyroid. Some people say to me, quot;I can't drink soy milk because mynaturopath or said it would trash my thyroid gland.quot; In Asian countries where soyconsumption is between 50 to 100 times higher than in the western world, there is no higheroccurrence of hypothyroidism at all. I read this religious fanaticism about diet.Soy milk is excellent for many women in their 50s. It contains a high amount of isoflavones,which is a naturally occurring form that in the body mimics an estrogen, which many womenare deficient in when they get to that age. But will it make breast cancer? No, it willnot breast cancer because estrogen is thousands of times stronger than isoflavones. Isoflavonesin soy products can help people with flagging estrogen levels. And with guys, it can tendto offset the bad form of testosterone responsible for prostate cancer. Drinking soy milk, onecup per day for most males my age plus is also used to help reduce the risk of prostatecancer. Remember also, it contains the isoflavones
genistein and dianazene, which are fantasticto help stop osteoporosis. I love soy milk. I think it's a great foodto have. Poor it on top of some rolled oats in the morning. It's really nice. Reducesbad cholesterol; increases good cholesterol. It contains many, many more times calciumthan cow's milk, so it's actually a very healthy food to have a regular amount when you getto 50 plus. Less benefits having isoflavones when you're younger, but it will not turnboys into homosexuals. Unlike some people think it will.Am I a fan of soy milk? Yes, I am. Providing it's sugar free and it's nongenetically modified.I am a fan of it particularly for older people.
