Also, the top foods you must get out of your dietimmediately if you want to get rid of your acne for good. One of the main causes of acne today is thebuildup of bad bacteria, yeast and candida in your gut and digestive tract. So if we'regoing to cure candida forever, if we're going
to cure acne forever, there are a few thingsthat you must do. Let me also say this. What are some of the causes of this? You may sayto yourself, quot;I don't know what caused my acne. I don't know what necessarily causedbad bacteria to grow on my body, quot; which again is a major causative factor. I can tell youthis right now. If you have been exposed to or taken antibiotic drugs in the past thatcan be a major causative factor. If you've taken birth control pills, if you've drankchlorinated and fluorinated water, if you've consumed too much sugar, all of these thingscan increase the growth of bad bacteria, yeast and candida within your body.
So let's talk about our number one secretfor getting rid of acne for good. Remove these three foods. Number one, you've got to getsugar out of your diet. Sugar feeds yeast and it feeds candida, so we've got to getthe sugar out of your diet. I recommend getting sugar out and replacing it with stevia. Steviais an allnatural, lowcaloriesno calorie sweetener that you can use instead. So usestevia. If you want to use something that actually has sugar and you're baking or cooking, use raw honey. Raw honey is going to be your best overall sweetener with sugar if you'retrying to get rid of acne. The next food you must get out of your dietto overcome acne is reducing your grain intake,
especially gluten. Gluten can cause inflammationof your intestinal tract. When you have inflammation of your gut it actually shows up on your skin.A lot of people think when you have acne or a problem like eczema, that's just a skinissue. No, that's an intestine issue, that's a gut issue. If we can heal your gut, if wecan kill of the bad bacteria, your acne and problems like eczema would disappear forever. So number one foodwise, get rid of the sugarout of your diet. I'm also talking about really lowering your fruit intake as well, reallyonly consuming berries in moderation for a time being. Lowering your fruit intake, gettingrid of grains or lowering grains, or at least
going gluten free with your grains. And thenthe last thing here is staying away from hydrogenated oils. Obviously, bad fats increase the amountof oil your sebaceous glands on your skin really start to produce. So again, gettingthose bad fats out. If you can do those dietary changes, get thesugar out. Rather than using grains, using products with coconut flour or almond flourare good options rather than hydrogenated oils. Switching over to coconut oil is a greatoption for getting rid of acne. Let's talk about the top foods you've gotto start eating to get rid of your acne for good. Three main foods you want to be gettingin your diet; number one, foods that are high
in fiber. Fiber can actually reduce acne andactually kills off bad bacteria in your gut, increases the growth of good bacteria knownas probiotics which is very important. So fiber is really important to get in your diet.Your best sources of fiber are going to be seeds like chia seeds and flaxseeds, alsonuts like almonds. Those are some great options. And then vegetables. Vegetables and sproutednuts and seeds will help you get rid of acne. Another important aspect of getting rid ofacne for good is balancing out your blood sugar levels. DermTV Very Itchy Fingers aka Dishydrosis DermTV Epi 6
Hello, I'm Neal Schultz pause And welcome to DermTV. This may be the season for itchy skin, butchances are if it's your fingers that are itching, it'snot because they're dry. Most of the time, itchy fingers are causedby a condition called Dishydrosis and the itch it causescan really drive you crazy.
And it's not just itching that Dishydrosiscauses… You actually get little bumps on the bottomand sides of your fingers. And the bumps are actuallytiny blisters. Dishydrosis literally means, “bad sweating, and it used to be thought that these crazilyitchy bumps were filled with sweat. That's why it wasnamed Dishydrosis. But the fluid isn't sweat… it's actuallyserum, which is the clear fluid in your blood.
The most common cause of Dishydrosis is extremestress, although not every outbreak can be linkeddirectly to a stressful situation. On a personal note,I can tell you that I've only experienced Dishydrosis oncein my life. It was early in my medical training aftera very stressful night of being up all night taking care of a lotof very sick patients. The next morning the dermatologistwas making rounds and I showed him my hands, and he said,
quot;Boy you must have had a really rough night.quot; So. The itching and bumps both finally goaway after a few days. As it gets better, there are these reallyinteresting telltale little collars of dead flaky skinthat peel off. Those tiny matchhead size collars of deadskin get larger. and then smaller. over a few days and arecaused by the bubble of serum as it rises through thehigher levels of the epidermis. It's like taking horizontalslices through a sphere…
starting tiny at the bottom, then gettinglarger, and finally smaller again. To treat the itching and bumps, topical cortisonecreams and antiitch lotions with menthol are best. If that doesn't stop the itch, cold watercan usually give temporary relief, but never try to stop the itching with hotwater. Even though hot water feels good and stopsthe itch, it also causes the itch to come back worsea few minutes later.
After the itch and bumps are gone, the flakingskin can continue for a week. It can be camouflaged with a moisturizer, but finally goes away by itself. And don't ever pull off the dead skin. That'sa great way to get an infection, and then you'll haveto visit your dermatologist!.
