How To CURE Your Yeast Infection In ONE DAY
Hi there, Eric Bakker, naturopath. I'm going to do a tutorial today on how to cureCandida in 24 hours. How you can get rid of your yeast infection completely in one dayand be fully cured and healed and never get it back again, zero. What do you think aboutthat? Well, I just spent a good hour on YouTubehaving a look at a whole array of different YouTube tutorials by experts in Candida. Andone particular person claims you can cure Candida 100 percent in one week; every caseof Candida can be cured by following a 100 percent vegan diet. All you've got to do iseat lots and lots of fruit, nothing but fruit;
you avoid all animal proteins completely,no meat at all, no eggs, no fish, no chicken, no beef, absolutely no animal food. Just eatnothing but fruit and within one week, it's fully cured because all animal foods containfats, which line your arteries and keep sugar in your blood, which allows Candida to feedoff. What a load of crap! I just can't really buy a lot of this stuff that people come upwith. I'm telling you folks, there's so much bologna on line. There's another man I saw on a YouTube clip.He said, You can drink alcohol with a yeast infection. There's nothing wrong with Vodkaor Gin. Neutral spirits are fine. Just avoid
other things like Whiskey and Bourbon andbeer, but Vodka and Gin are fine to drink with a yeast infection. Now, if you're going to watch these sortsof clips and believe them, you're going to be a real fool and a sucker for punishment.Some of these tutorials have had 20,000 or 30,000 views in 30 days, which shows me that a lotof people maybe are falling for this sort of crap. I really hope you don't fall forthis absolute nonsense. Think about it logically, eating lots of fruit, 15 pieces of fruit aday, loaded with sucrose and fructose. What are you doing to your gut?
Now, this particular person's about 20 yearsold and quite a fanatical vegan no doubt like a lot of vegans are. But I'd like to see thisparticular person when she's 50 like me to see what she looks like; if she's still bubblyand bright and bouncing around and all happy. She could be a big ball of lard at that stage;we don't really know what she's going to look like. I'm not here to criticize her, but I'm goingto tell you that these sorts of approaches are absolute garbage. You know they may workfor 6 months or 12 months. They may work for her, but if you're going to try this approachwith a seriously bad yeast infection and just
eat fruit all day, how do you think you'regoing to feel? Within a couple of years, you're going to be B12 deficient, you're going tobe Iron deficient, you're going to get fatigued and tired, you'll have recurring infections,you'll have blood sugar problems, and you're going to feel pretty sick. I want you to takemy advice and don't follow these sorts of ridiculous radical approaches. My approach makes a lot more sense and isbased on the work done by a naturopath and medical many years ago. Trowbridge; Trowbridge's MEVI approach makes common sense to me. Eggs, vegetables, meats, yogurt,cultured fermented foods, nuts and seeds,
a wide range of different foods obviouslytailored to suit a specific person. Now I'm not here to argue the merits of veganism orvegetarianism versus eating meat in the diet, but I've been through a strict stage in mylife where I've avoided all that or more, proteins, completely for a while and I feltgreat. But then after a while, I didn't feel great until I incorporated protein back intomy diet from an animal source. I'll do some YouTube clips outlining the importanceof animal proteins in your diet, which I believe are very important. But it's up to you todecide what way you're going to get your protein sources from. You may want to get them fromvegetable sources or legume sources or nuts
Can Candida Cause Hot Flashes
Can Candida cause hot flashes? Can it causehot flashes? Or can it make you feel hot? Can it make you feel sweaty? Yes, it can.In some cases, I've seen patients complaining about this particular symptom. It can happenat nighttime. It can happen after ingesting certain foods with a lot of sugar or sodadrinks. It can also be a part of what we call fermentation dysbiosis. The yeast inside thebody is feeding on more and more sugar, and it can cause problems with your immune system.It can cause inflammatory response. It can also cause an up regulation? of variousparts of the brain. It can make you sweat and flush.
Although it's not very common, it certainlycan occur. So not to be confused with hot flashes that occur with menopause, these area different kind of hot flash. Those flashes will be associated generally with a particularage group of women and for other hormonal reasons which are really beyond the scopeof this tutorial. But yes, it can occur. The thing to look outfor, if you think that you've got hot flashes associated with Candida and gas and bloatingand sugar cravings, it might also pay to get your blood checked, to have a good look atthe white blood cell count to see if there's anything not quite right there.
Have you had antibiotics recently? It's agood question to ask. Again, if in doubt, go and see your health care professional anddiscuss your concerns with him or her to see what's going on. But I have seen hot flashesassociated with Candida; there's no doubt about it. Thank you for tuning in.
Are Night Sweats Connected To Candida
Greetings. It's Eric Bakker, naturopath fromNew Zealand, author of Candida Crusher and formulator of the Canxida range of supplements.Thanks for tuning in. I've got a question here from a gentlemen in England, a Mr. PaulWilson from Sussex in the UK. Paul's asking me, quot;Eric are night sweats connected to Candida?Can Candida cause night sweats?quot; Let's have a look at different kinds of reasonswhy you can get night sweats first, Paul. In fact, there are about eight or nine differentreasons. I've just pulled up a list here and I'm going to go through a few things withyou to explain to you more about night sweats. Night sweats is a condition that we referto when you're in bed, you're got the covers
on you, you're sleeping, and you wake up reallyhot and sweaty as opposed to fevers, which can happen at night or during the day. Sofevers are almost every time immune related and usually involve some kind of infectionlike influenza, for example. There are different kinds of tropical diseases that can causefevers as well. Menopause. Obviously, you're a guy so I wouldn'texpect you to get the same kind of symptoms. Some men do go through what we call andropause,so they go through a kind of a male menopause. But many females go through perimenopauseand menopause. So the menarche is the beginning of the menses. The menopause is really theend of the menses. It can occur. I've got
some patients who go through menopause asyoung as 38 and some who go through it as old as 62. There is no sort of defined datehere, but I seem to find that probably I'd say mid to late 40s, between around 47 and52, seems to be the key age for development of menopause.So what happens in this situation is the ovaries that produce the bulk of the sex hormones,estrogen and progesterone, they start declining. So the feedback loop between the ovaries andthe pituitary is not so active anymore because the woman's active menstrual years are reallybehind her. She doesn't need to reproduce anymore. So the ovarian pituitary hypothalamicloop starts to slow down and the ovaries atrophy,
they shrivel up a bit, they get smaller. Whathappens is the woman will notice that her period may go into decline. She may have aheavy cycle one month and maybe skip one another month. Some women have a very smooth transition.Others will have a much harder transition. I find especially the women who go througha lot of stress have this because the adrenal glands make about 30 to 40 percent of thesex hormones, and the ovaries make the remainder. If a woman has had a huge amount of stressin her life raising teenagers, going through a divorce, gone through lots of financialhardship, she may have a considerable adrenal weakness or fatigue, so the adrenals at thispoint can't step up to the plate and deliver
the right level of hormones that the womanrequires, estrogen and progesterone, and DHEA in particular. As her ovarian function declines.This causes a disparity and this often for many women I see can create anxiety, hot flashing,grumpy person, libido can hit the floor, all sorts of things can occur. And particularlythe lack of estrogen, we find the hot flashes occurring. And they can typically occur atnight in bed where she can throw off the covers. Husband can be cold. She can be hot. So thecovers can go on and off all night. Hot flashes in this case can often be accompaniedwith mood disorders, anxiety or depression, tiredness, muscle pain and weakness. I findin my experience that low estrogen often occurs
commonly with low testosterone, so you maywant to go to a and get some salivary testing done. You can also get some urinarytests done now for metabolites. There is a really good lab called Precision Analyticalthat does what we call the Dutch test, which is superb for looking at the stress hormones,the sex hormones, and what we call the androgens as well. That's a very good test, the Dutchtest. That will determine what your level of hormones is like. If you're worried aboutmenopause, get tested and then get these levels of hormones balanced. Quite often, this willmake a big difference for menopausal night sweats.Idiopathic hyperhidrosis. Idiopathic means
