How to Cure Candida in 6 Steps

Hey, guys. Axe here, of functionalmedicine and founder of DrAxe . Today I'm going to share with you the exact diet, treatmentand supplements you need to take the clear Candida from your body. And this is what Ireally consider to be my SixStep Candida Cure Diet Protocol. And you're going to seeamazing results with this protocol. And let me say this first, what is Candida?Candida is the overgrowth of yeast and bad bacteria in your body and it can cause somemajor symptoms that you want to get rid of. And so some of the symptoms of Candida caninclude any type of fatigue issue. If you struggle with chronic fatigue or adrenal fatigue, those can be related to Candida.

Any type of leaky gut issue. Leaky gut isintestinal permeability, where proteins like gluten can leak through your gut and causeinflammation of your body. So if you have food sensitivities or if you have digestiveissues like gas and bloating, also if you have any problem related to the thyroid, thosecan be warning signs you have Candida. Also if you get yeast in your body. If younotice, let's say, yeast or whiteness on your tongue or if you ever get chronic yeast infectionsor coming down with the cold and flu often, those can be warning signs that you have Candida. And, of course, also with Candida any sort of other digestive issues, like irritablebowel syndrome or chronic diarrhea or constipation

or even acid reflux, those are warning signsthat you might have Candida. And last but not least, is a sluggish metabolism. If you aren't losing weight and burning fat like you know you should be, those are warningsigns you could have Candida, along with actually even bad breath and lack of detoxification. Those are some major warning signs. So here are the six things you need to do to eliminateCandida fast. Number one, you need to stop consuming somuch sugar. Now, I know that's obvious. That's something that I think most of us realizeis that sugar feeds yeast in your body. But again, you have got to get rid of processedsugar, fruit juices, any sort of added sugar

to any sort of product sweetener. Even mostpackaged products and fast foods are also high in sugar. Even things like pasta saucesand crackers, you'd be surprised, but sugar is added to almost everything. So again, eliminate especially the processedsugar out of your diet. As a replacement, I recommend using a little bit of Stevia, which is a nocalorie natural sweetener and then about one to three teaspoons a day ofmanuka honey. Okay? Those are the sweeteners you should be using if you have Candida. Number two. You need to eliminate grains fromyour diet. Why? Because grains turn into sugar

and they also tend to be more inflammatory. And so again, getting those grains out of your diet, especially wheat products and glutencontaininggrains, that's step number two. Instead, do a lot more vegetables and maybe some starchycarbs. Number three thing you have to do to clearCandida from you system, is support your spleen. Now, this is cuttingedge information thata lot of people don't realize. And this is a practice in Ancient China that is oftenused by acupuncturists today. But they have found that the number one cause of Candidais a weakened spleen. And so if you have spleen issues, and spleen is responsible for digestionof the body, producing red blood cells in

your system. And so the spleen is a very importantorgan. In order to support the spleen, there area couple things you need to do. But really the spleen is supported by starchy foods, especially squash, things like sweet potatoes, butternut squash, and also even doing certaintypes of beans like lentils and mung beans. So again, getting some of those good starchycarbs. And that's really where your sweetness shouldcome from. A little bit of butternut squash, acorn squash, foods like that that has thatmild sweetness. That's the only sweet you should be really getting in your diet. Again, with no processed sugar and, again, very low

Can I Eat Pasta On A Candida Diet

Greetings. New Zealand naturopath Eric Bakker. Author of Candida Crusher and also the formulatorof the Canxida range of products. Thanks for checking out my tutorial. We're going to talk about pasta today. Is pasta okay on the Candida diet? I get many, many people asking me this question. I get emails.

It's a common question. Is this okay? Pasta, when you look at it, it's a prettycrappy food. It's made from wheat flour and most of it'sreally from durum wheat, so it's very high in protein, but it's got quite a bit of glutenin it. The unfortunate thing with pasta is that peoplehave a whole plate full of pasta and they put a heap of sauce on it and they think thisis a really great meal. It's actually a pretty crappy meal.

There are healthy alternatives to pasta. You can get soba noodles that are made frombuckwheat. There's a new one now called shirataki noodlesthat are made from a wild yam. You'll find that in some health food shops. Shirataki is actually a very fine translucentnoodles, almost like you can see through like glass. It contains stuff called galactomannan, whichis actually prebiotics. It's actually very good for the bowel.

Should you avoid all pasta? If you look at what pasta is made of, especiallyif you've got bloating, gas, and a yeast infection, it's probably not really the best food foryou to eat. I prefer you to back off pasta and go morefor the soba noodles or the 100 percent buckwheat, which I quite like. Make sure that if you do, buy buckwheat noodlesor soba, that's it's 100 percent buckwheat that doesn't contain flour, rice or stufflike that. Because some of them are actually blends.

My Asian shop actually sells 100 percent sobanoodles. They taste quite nice with a nice meat sauceon top. That's a healthy one. Don't be fooled by couscous because that'salso wheat. Cracked wheat, couscous, these are all basicallywheat products. So if you're trying to go gluten free, avoidthese foods. Buckwheat, perfect, 100 percent gluten free. Shirataki noodles, perfect, 100 percent glutenfree.

Personally, I'm okay with gluten and I goeat pasta just for the record, but I only eat a very small amount of pasta. I wouldn't eat like a whole plate full ofstuff. I really like lasagna and spaghetti and mydigestive system is fine. I've got no problem myself. Just when you eat these foods, if you do decideto eat pasta, because remember I'm not the food police. I'm not going to tell you what you shouldand shouldn't do.

Healthy Coconut Macaroons 2 Ingredients Two Ingredient Takeover Mind Over Munch

Two Ingredient Takeover Hi there and welcome to Mind Over Munch two ingredient takeover where I makedelicious recipes out of just two simple ingredients. Today I'm making mytwo ingredient coconut macaroons. The two ingredients are: company shred Coconut shreds and egg whites. Start by pouring your egg whitesinto a large mixing bowl.

I'm using unsweetened coconut shredsso I need to add a little bit of sweetener to mine but if you choose to use sweetenedcoconut shreds then you won't need to add it. I just like to be in control of what the sweetener is and how much. Thumbs up for beingsmart about your ingredients. Then just add in your coconutshreds and mix to combine. Spray down a large baking sheet linedwith parchment paper and use a tablespoon or a tablespoonsized scooper if you have one which I obviously did not

to scoop out your little coconutmounds. You want them to be really compact and use up all that egg white because that is going to be the glue thatholds them together. Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 to 15 minutes, untilnice and golden brown. But keep an eye on them because theywill burn quickly if you're not paying attention. Allow to cool slightly before enjoyingor box them up for later. They'll last a few days and if they softenup you can always toss them back in

the oven or toaster oven for a quick second. But they're delicious just the same. Ifyou enjoyed this tutorial I hope you'll share it with others. If you try any of my recipes out be sure toInstagram or tweet me a pic. And remember its all matter of Mind Over Munch.
