And let me say this first, what is Candida?Candida is the overgrowth of yeast and bad bacteria in your body and it can cause somemajor symptoms that you want to get rid of. And so some of the symptoms of Candida caninclude any type of fatigue issue. If you struggle with chronic fatigue or adrenal fatigue,those can be related to Candida.
Any type of leaky gut issue. Leaky gut isintestinal permeability, where proteins like gluten can leak through your gut and causeinflammation of your body. So if you have food sensitivities or if you have digestiveissues like gas and bloating, also if you have any problem related to the thyroid, thosecan be warning signs you have Candida. Also if you get yeast in your body. If younotice, let's say, yeast or whiteness on your tongue or if you ever get chronic yeast infectionsor coming down with the cold and flu often, those can be warning signs that you have Candida.And, of course, also with Candida any sort of other digestive issues, like irritablebowel syndrome or chronic diarrhea or constipation
or even acid reflux, those are warning signsthat you might have Candida. And last but not least, is a sluggish metabolism.If you aren't losing weight and burning fat like you know you should be, those are warningsigns you could have Candida, along with actually even bad breath and lack of detoxification.Those are some major warning signs. So here are the six things you need to do to eliminateCandida fast. Number one, you need to stop consuming somuch sugar. Now, I know that's obvious. That's something that I think most of us realizeis that sugar feeds yeast in your body. But again, you have got to get rid of processedsugar, fruit juices, any sort of added sugar
to any sort of product sweetener. Even mostpackaged products and fast foods are also high in sugar. Even things like pasta saucesand crackers, you'd be surprised, but sugar is added to almost everything. So again, eliminate especially the processedsugar out of your diet. As a replacement, I recommend using a little bit of Stevia,which is a nocalorie natural sweetener and then about one to three teaspoons a day ofmanuka honey. Okay? Those are the sweeteners you should be using if you have Candida. Number two. You need to eliminate grains fromyour diet. Why? Because grains turn into sugar
and they also tend to be more inflammatory.And so again, getting those grains out of your diet, especially wheat products and glutencontaininggrains, that's step number two. Instead, do a lot more vegetables and maybe some starchycarbs. Number three thing you have to do to clearCandida from you system, is support your spleen. Now, this is cuttingedge information thata lot of people don't realize. And this is a practice in Ancient China that is oftenused by acupuncturists today. But they have found that the number one cause of Candidais a weakened spleen. And so if you have spleen issues, and spleen is responsible for digestionof the body, producing red blood cells in
your system. And so the spleen is a very importantorgan. In order to support the spleen, there area couple things you need to do. But really the spleen is supported by starchy foods,especially squash, things like sweet potatoes, butternut squash, and also even doing certaintypes of beans like lentils and mung beans. So again, getting some of those good starchycarbs. And that's really where your sweetness shouldcome from. A little bit of butternut squash, acorn squash, foods like that that has thatmild sweetness. That's the only sweet you should be really getting in your diet. Again,with no processed sugar and, again, very low
Best Home Remedies to Cure Toenail Fungus
I often get asked questions from people withdifferent types of yeast infections on how they can cure these conditions at home, howthey can get rid of it without incurring consultation fees or 's visits or things like that.I've got a question here from a lady in Japan regarding toenail fungus. Toenail fungus isquite common with Asian people just like it is with people in America and Europe and herein Australia and New Zealand. It's a very common condition that affects a lot of people.And this lady, I got a long email from her. It sounds like she works in an office andshe's got stockings on and things like that, so she has feet that are contained in an environmentall the time that is conducive toward yeast
infection.I made a couple of notes here on some of the best home remedies which I think are really,really good to use for yeast infections. This will give her some very good advice.Apple cider vinegar is a very good home remedy to use is to bathe your foot each eveningfor about 20 minutes. You just use about a half a cup, a third to a half a cup of applecider vinegar in a small amount of water, just enough to put your foot in. Japanesepeople got small feet, so this will mean maybe a small container. Tepid water, apple cidervinegar, soak the foot for 20 minutes, and then dry it carefully.Olive leaf extract. You can get different
concentrations of olive leaf extract. Thisis going to help quite well, too. Olive leaf has some very interesting compounds aboutit that are very antimicrobial. I've got some patients, in fact, here in New Zealand I knowthat actually get olive leaves and boil and simmer them and then actually cool that waterdown and use that for toenail fungus, so that works quite well, too.Tea tree oil is probably one of the best essential oils you can use. The two best essential oils,I think, for toenail fungus would be oregano oil and tea tree oil. Oregano oil is muchstronger, and you often will mix this in with a little bit of carrier oil like jojoba oilor almond oil or sunflower oil. Just put a
couple of drops of oregano oil in a teaspoonand message it into the toe and the nail area. Tea tree oil you can apply neat. I find itworks best one drop on each nail. The hardest part is getting it under the toenail, so youreally need to trim those nails right back and sand them until you can get the oil underneaththe nail. If you can do that and do that every day, you'll go a long way to achieving thiscure for this condition. Baking soda is another very good thing youcan use because it has an interesting alkalizing effect. Baking soda is also good for neutralizingstomach acid, but it is particularly good for toenail fungus. Just by using baking sodaon its own in water, again a soak for 20 minutes,
you'd probably use a good tablespoon for asmall container of water, mix it in thoroughly, and soak the foot. So one day you can do cidervinegar. The following day you could do baking soda. And then when the foot's dry, use thetea tree oil or the oregano oil for stronger treatment.Lavender oil is also nice to use because it's got such a nice fragrance about it and italso has good antimicrobial properties, but not quite as good as tea tree oil. And ofcourse, probiotics. Some people actually even bathe their feet in yogurt. I've heard allsorts of things being done, but the probiotics you take internally at the same time thatyou're treating your foot externally.
