Is Candida Water Test Accurate

How To CURE Your Yeast Infection In ONE DAY

Hi there, Eric Bakker, naturopath. I'm going to do a tutorial today on how to cureCandida in 24 hours. How you can get rid of your yeast infection completely in one dayand be fully cured and healed and never get it back again, zero. What do you think aboutthat? Well, I just spent a good hour on YouTubehaving a look at a whole array of different YouTube tutorials by experts in Candida. Andone particular person claims you can cure Candida 100 percent in one week; every caseof Candida can be cured by following a 100 percent vegan diet. All you've got to do iseat lots and lots of fruit, nothing but fruit;

you avoid all animal proteins completely,no meat at all, no eggs, no fish, no chicken, no beef, absolutely no animal food. Just eatnothing but fruit and within one week, it's fully cured because all animal foods containfats, which line your arteries and keep sugar in your blood, which allows Candida to feedoff. What a load of crap! I just can't really buy a lot of this stuff that people come upwith. I'm telling you folks, there's so much bologna on line. There's another man I saw on a YouTube clip.He said, You can drink alcohol with a yeast infection. There's nothing wrong with Vodkaor Gin. Neutral spirits are fine. Just avoid

other things like Whiskey and Bourbon andbeer, but Vodka and Gin are fine to drink with a yeast infection. Now, if you're going to watch these sortsof clips and believe them, you're going to be a real fool and a sucker for punishment. Some of these tutorials have had 20,000 or 30,000 views in 30 days, which shows me that a lotof people maybe are falling for this sort of crap. I really hope you don't fall forthis absolute nonsense. Think about it logically, eating lots of fruit, 15 pieces of fruit aday, loaded with sucrose and fructose. What are you doing to your gut?

Now, this particular person's about 20 yearsold and quite a fanatical vegan no doubt like a lot of vegans are. But I'd like to see thisparticular person when she's 50 like me to see what she looks like; if she's still bubblyand bright and bouncing around and all happy. She could be a big ball of lard at that stage;we don't really know what she's going to look like. I'm not here to criticize her, but I'm goingto tell you that these sorts of approaches are absolute garbage. You know they may workfor 6 months or 12 months. They may work for her, but if you're going to try this approachwith a seriously bad yeast infection and just

eat fruit all day, how do you think you'regoing to feel? Within a couple of years, you're going to be B12 deficient, you're going tobe Iron deficient, you're going to get fatigued and tired, you'll have recurring infections, you'll have blood sugar problems, and you're going to feel pretty sick. I want you to takemy advice and don't follow these sorts of ridiculous radical approaches. My approach makes a lot more sense and isbased on the work done by a naturopath and medical many years ago. Trowbridge; Trowbridge's MEVI approach makes common sense to me. Eggs, vegetables, meats, yogurt, cultured fermented foods, nuts and seeds,

a wide range of different foods obviouslytailored to suit a specific person. Now I'm not here to argue the merits of veganism orvegetarianism versus eating meat in the diet, but I've been through a strict stage in mylife where I've avoided all that or more, proteins, completely for a while and I feltgreat. But then after a while, I didn't feel great until I incorporated protein back intomy diet from an animal source. I'll do some YouTube clips outlining the importanceof animal proteins in your diet, which I believe are very important. But it's up to you todecide what way you're going to get your protein sources from. You may want to get them fromvegetable sources or legume sources or nuts

Is Spit Test For Candida Reliable To Determine Candida Overgrowth

Greetings. New Zealand naturopath, Eric Bakker.I'm the author of Candida Crusher and the formulator of the Canxida range of supplements. Thanks for checking out my tutorial. I've got a question here from Edward Caper in Poland.Edward is saying, quot;Eric is the yeast spit test reliable? Is the spit test a reliableindication for Candida?quot; Let's talk a little bit about that right now. About if it's good,if it's trash. Because some people online say it's junk. Other people say it's good.I've written about the spit test in my book. The spit test is not exactly perfect or bonafidescience. But what I can tell you is what I've found from the spit test with a lot of patients, thousands of patients I've seen over the years,

it's a very good general indicator of overalloral and digestive health. You can't say if you do the spit test andyou see strings or mucous hanging there in a glass of water first thing in the morningthat you've got a bonafide case of Candida. That's crap. But what you can say is you'vegot problems, and those problems need addressing because healthy people don't have that. They'lltend to have things floating on the top of the water rather than hanging down or havingparticles in the bottom of the glass. In most all cases of extremely healthy peopleI've seen, they don't have a lot of mucous in their mouth. They don't cough up mucous. They haven't got mucous in their nasopharyngeal

region. Mucous can be a sure sign that's somethingswrong with your digestion. It can be an allergy. It could be a problem with your pancreas. You're not producing enough enzymes in the mouth. You can have gut issues. Many, manydifferent reasons why you can have mucous. Mucous is a great breeding ground for bacteria, but it also can mean if you've got bacteria, that Candida may not necessarily be foundbehind. There's a relationship of dysbiosis, in general, and food allergies and the spittest. So if you're positive for the spit test, youneed to clean up your diet, improve your digestion, get the right kind of bugs into your digestivesystem, make sure you observe very good oral

health, tongue brushing, brush your teethtwice a day. I tend to use sea salt or baking soda, but also I like using tea tree oil andlook after the gums rather than the teeth. Good oral hygiene is very, very important.Because if you keep this clean, it's going to keep stuff further down clean as well. It's often been said that the mouth and the anus are the two dirtiest parts of the body. It's not a good thing to say, but it's a fact. The spit test is not a reliable indicationof Candida as such. You may have read about the different types of home tests I recommendin my book. There's the smell test, the taste test, the itch test, these are all differentkinds of tests that will give you an indication

if you've got a yeast infection when you putthem all together. No single test is good. The only test that I find is really good andaccurate is a very comprehensive stool test when done properly. When done properly, it'sa very accurate indication of a yeast infection in the gut. Not necessarily systemically, but definitely in the gut. There are other ways we can pick up if you've got a systemicyeast infection. Just to summarize your question, Edward. quot;Isthe spit test a reliable indication for Candida?quot; No. It's not. You've got to use it in conjunctionwith other kinds of test. But what I do like, again, just to finish up on. You can use itas a yardstick, as an indicator for improving

health. So if it comes back cleaner and cleanerover a period of time, you know that you've taken potential allergenic food out of thediet or you've cleared up a potential food intolerance. You've reduced the amount oforal bacteria and your health is going to pick up. I hope that answers your question.Thank you.

The Candida Spit Test MYTH 11

The Candida Spit Test – MYTH 11Hi, I'm Jeff McCombs, developer of the McCombs AntiCandida Plan for Health, Vitality, and Transformation. Today, I'd like to spend a little time with you and discuss the Candidaspit test. The Candida spit test was promoted as a marketing tool in the mid 90s by a multilevelmarketing company that sold an antiCandida product. It was promoted as a fast, easy, reliable test for people to perform in their homes to validate that they had a fungal Candidainfection. I'd like to explain to you a little bit why that is not a valid test andgive you some more information behind valid testing. To perform the test, you take a glass of water,

first thing in the morning, and spit intoit. If the spit or mucus forms legs, little extensions down into the water, this is asign, supposedly, that you have a Candida infection. Of course, this doesn't differentiatebetween a Candida yeast or a Candida fungal infection. But the truth of the matter isthere are many things which can cause the mucus to thicken to such an extent that itwould form these legs down into the water. A common one is dehydration. Now, if you'vebeen sleeping all night, and your mouth is closed, you haven't been drinking water. When you wake up in the morning, you're gonna be a little dehydrated, so the mucuswill be thicker and form these strands, or

legs, into the water.Other things that can cause the same thickening of the mucus could be airborne allergies, food allergies. You could have a virus, bacteria, yeast, mold, fungal infection, or parasiteinfection. Cold weather can also cause thickening of the mucus, and anybody who has lived ina cold climate can attest to that. Weather changes can also cause thickening of the mucus. So there are a lot of things that can cause thickening of the mucus. If you consider the body burden that most Americans and most people around the worldhold in terms of toxin, there are generally over 1000 different toxins that are in thebody at any time. Each and any one of these

can cause the mucus to thicken. So when we'redoing a Candida spit test, we're not testing for anything, specifically, because thickenedmucus can be a general indicator of many different types of allergic reactions or responses bythe body and its immune system. If you want to do a saliva test, you would do a salivaantibody test. This is a valid test that's performed at a lab. Laboratories like BioHealthDiagnostics, Genova Diagnostics, Diagnostics Labs will perform saliva antibody tests. An antibody is a protein that is produced by our bodies' white cells in response toa substance that is nonhuman, or nonself. This is a way that the body uses to identifythat substance again should reexposure occur

later on.Other valid tests would be blood tests, stool tests, direct cultures of blood or stool oranother tissue. Metametrix Labs does PCR testing, which is a genetic testing that can be withthe stool or blood. Great Plains Laboratories does organic acid testing. This is testingof byproducts of cellular metabolism from Candida. These are all different tests thatcan be performed to evaluate whether or not you have a systemic fungal Candida infection.© Copyright 20102011, All Rights Reserved, Jeffrey S. McCombs, DC Page 86 of 130The best way to use this information is to use several tests in conjunction with eachother, along with a case history, present

signs and symptoms, past history of antibioticuse, and whether or not you've done a Candida protocol and whether it's produced goodresults for you. If you take all this information, combine it together, you're going to geta clearer picture of whether or not you have a Candida infection.I hope you have found this information to be helpful.
